Women's freestyle -75kg wrestling
Canada's Erica Wiebe has created a small bit of history for herself and her country. She won the -75kg freestyle gold medal bout to give Canada its first wrestling medal for Rio 2016.
The 27-year-old Wiebe, who in high school gave up her football dreams in favour of wrestling, also becomes Canada's second-ever female Olympic wrestling gold medallist, after Carol Huynh won the -48kg title in Beijing 2008.
I'm getting a bit sick and tired of all the fuss these athletes are making about having a McDonalds. I mean come on! The worst type of food there is, surely?
Can you imagine how excited they'd be if there was a proper balti house in the village? Or a really, really good pub?

BBC Sport in Rio
This is Usain Bolt's last Olympics of course so I've been speaking to people about what the great Jamaican means to them.Â
Shaun Johnson from Jamaica says he's second only to Bob Marley in his books.Â
"He revolutionised the sport and put us on the map," he says. "He's the next best thing since Bob Marley. He's fun and humble. He entertains and hangs out with the locals. We enjoy what he's done to the country, and he's been the same Usain Bolt since high school. It's been an amazing journey. They're going to build a statue once he retires for sure."
Men's decathlon
Leader Ashton Eaton has thrown his first javelin throw 'only'Â 53.26m - the worst so far.
That's about half the length of an NFL pitch. So pretty far.

Quint Marshall: Watching the Decathlon and wondering with all the good things going on with GB athletics where have our decathletes gone??
There can be only one...
Men's 200m final at 02:30 BST
The fans are getting ready for the star of the show...
Men's decathlon
Ashton Eaton heads into the the final two events of the decathlon on course for a new Olympic record and possibly even a world record.
Eaton has a 124-point lead over Frenchman Kevin Mayer, with Canadian rival Damian Warner a further 144 behind.
The American is just about to get going in the javelin.
The Olympic record of 8,893pts was set by the Czech Republic's Roman Sebrle at the 2004 Athens Games.
Chinese diver Ren Qian won Olympic gold at the age of 15Â earlier (FIFTEEN) and some of her performances were ridiculous.
She didn't score less than 9.5 out of 10 in each of her final three dives.
But she still wasn't happy:Â Â "I did pretty well, but not really so perfect, according to my expectations. You can consider me a perfectionist," she said.
On what she plans to do after retiring from competitive sport:
"I want to study law and also forensic medicine."
What have you missed?
I'm sure there are loads of you who are just starting work with me at close to midnight UK time - so what have you missed on Thursday in Rio?
Great Britain's Alistair Brownlee won gold ahead of brother Jonny in the triathlon while compatriots Hannah Mills and Saskia Clark triumphed in the sailing on day 13 of the Rio Olympics.
Britain have now won 21 golds in Rio.
Liam Heath and Jon Schofield won silver in the men's 200m kayak double while Marcus Ellis and Chris Langridge took bronze in the badminton men's doubles.
With three days remaining, Britain are just 10 medals short of the record 65 they secured in London four years ago.
Defending champion Jade Jones is back in the final of the -57kg taekwondo, and will go for gold at 02:00 BST on Friday.
Earlier, Nicola Adams reached the women's flyweight final as she attempts to become the first British boxer to retain an Olympic title for 92 years.
I mean no ill will to the United States track and field team but if they had dropped the baton in that 'race' I would have found it hilarious.

The USA women's team have qualified for the 4x100m relay final after a re-run a little earlier on
It was bizarre, it is something I have seen once or twice before.Â
At least there was a good atmosphere, the danger was not concentrating.
It was tough for them. They still had to get the changes right, it would have been a huge sigh of relief.
Women's 63kg freestyle wrestling
After winning gold, Japan's Kawai celebrated in wrestling fashion by flipping her coach over twice!
Take a look at the wacky celebration here.

Women's 4x100m relay
Well this is not something you see everyday.
USA's women's 4x100m relay team running on their own, without competitors...
In the initial race this morning, USA's Allyson Felix had dropped the baton, but after successfully protesting that the baton was actually 'knocked' out of her hand, the Brazilian team were disqualified and USA offered the opportunity for a rerun.
Watch here to see how athletics would look if it was done by time trial.
Good evening everyone! We've just about got the baton round in the BBC Sport office, and I'll do my best to get us over the line.
Much like these four:Â
Mr race is run. Here's Tom Rostance...
Are you still with us? Thinking about going to bed? May I suggest you settle in for the long haul.
02:30 in the morning. Men's 200m final. Usain Bolt, part two of the triple triple.
