Alistair Brownlee has been on 5 live, telling Nihal how he celebrated winning gold in the triathlon earlier.
"The first thing I wanted when I got back to the hotel was a burger, beer and then cake," he says. "I've had a good day. I've done a triathlon and had a burger. All good."
What about later? A few cocktails? "We're from Yorkshire. Cocktails are not our style."

Steve Bunce
BBC Sport boxing pundit speaking on Radio 5 live
We are second in the medals table because we have spent the money wisely. We are better at organising. We have acquired one or two coaches from around the world. We have spent sensibly and we are delivering. I am a veteran of Atlanta 1996 - we got one gold medal. I'll leave you with that.

As a nation, what we are not good at is saying 'we are going to win' and being comfortable with it. I have already seen media articles picking holes with what we've done. How can we not be proud of these Olympians?

Men's hockey
The celebrations begin! Argentina are the Olympic champions for the first time. Belgium are absolutely crushed, but the Argentines are going bonkers. One injured player is even running on with his leg in plaster. In the stands? Bedlam. Gold for Argentina, silver for Belgium.
Belgium 2-4 Argentina
That will be it! Argentina dribble into an empty net (there's no Belgium keeper, remember). 16 seconds on the clock. Game over.
Belgium 2-3 Argentina

I love this rule. Belgium have substituted their goalkeeper for an outfield player. Inside the the final three minutes.
Belgium 2-3 Argentina

Belgium 2-3 Argentina
Belgium pushing for an equaliser halfway through this fourth and final quarter. If it's level at the end of an hour, we go straight to penalties.
Badminton
Badminton bronze medal winners Chris Langridge and Marcus Ellis have been speaking to BBC One.
"We’re honest guys," said Langridge. "We don’t make out to be superstars, we’re not the best on paper but this tournament has been phenomenal, we have wanted it more and showed hunger.
"We have had people from other team’s saying everyone is taking notice because of the passion we have played with. It means so much to us, we’re so happy and we’re so excited for tomorrow’s medals."

I was inspired today by Ali Brownlee. I thought the way he put that race together was unbelievable.
