    What's going on?published at 22:08 British Summer Time 20 August 2016

So, after the fencing, swimming and showjumping, the athlete's were ranked to give them time advantages on the running and shooting course.

GB's Joe Choong finished second, so was the second man to start the race - the first man over the line wins gold.

    What abut the race?

Well, it's 3,200m - four laps of 800m - with four shooting stops, where you shoot a laser pistol at a target 10m away.

You can't move on until you hit five targets or until 50 seconds have expired.
