MisterBollo: What an absolute superstar @LutaloMuhammad so heartwarming to see someone think of others at such a difficult time for them self
BBC Radio 5 Live
Lutalo Muhammad has been reliving his agonising defeat in last night's taekwondo -80kg final: "It honestly felt like the worst day of my life at the time. I was devastated. It is hard to put into words the feeling of being a second away from being an Olympic champion, but that is life. That is sport. It happens, and unfortunately it happened to me last night.
"I have a lot to be proud of. I am a two-time Olympic medallist. It will take me a while to get over being so close to being an Olympic champion, I may never get over it, but the sun will rise tomorrow."

As the two teams are announced, Brazil prove once again they are world-class at supporting their team while booing their opponents.
Loudest cheers for Neymar, who one fan outside simply called "the boss."
No idea if Bruce Springsteen is a favourite of the Brazil number 10!
Brazil v Germany 21:30 BST
If there was one gold medal Brazilians wanted more than any other, it'd probably be this one.
Not just because it's a football mad nation, but Brazil is still smarting from the 7-1 defeat meted out by the Germans at the World Cup two years ago.
Revenge is on the menu.
Brazil v Germany
The line-ups are in for the men's football final, which kicks off at 21:30 BST.
Brazil have named Barcelona forward and all-round world beater Neymar in their XI.
Paris St-Germain defender Marqhuis is in too, as is Gabriel Jesus, who is set to join Manchester City for £27m in January.
Germany have Bender brothers Sven and Lars in their squad - the pair have been linked with Arsenal.
Women's Gold Medal game
The USA might have dominated against Spain, but that didn't stop Dominguez Silva shooting and scoring from just over the halfway line.
Women's basketball final
Champions! USA win their sixth-straight women's basketball gold, and their eighth overall, as Spain are beaten 101-72. The inspirational Diana Taurasi slotted 17 points - mostly from three-pointers - and wins her fourth-straight Olympics gold alongside captain Sue Bird and Tamika Catchings.
That is some record, and it's not even counting the 49-game Olympic winning streak they have built up now, dating back to Barcelona 1992.
Spain had kept pace in the first quarter but faded as the game went on. They still go home with a first-ever Olympic medal of any colour in women's basketball. Alba Torrens scored a game-high 18 points.

A sharp intake of breath as Qui Bo enters the water with his back terribly arched, a poor 47.25 for the London 2012 silver medallist who is struggling today. His team-mate Chen Aisen concludes the second round with 78.75, which keeps him in second spot., but it's reigning champion David Boudia who is leading the way - a superb second dive, giving the Americans plenty of reasons to wave the Stars and Stripes.
Hollie Webb, scorer of Great Britain’s winning penalty: "We had done our homework the same as Maddie and our goalkeepers had given us advice.
"I had a plan what I was going to do. I was thinking I was at Bisham Abbey on the training pitch with no one else around.
"From it going in there was nothing in my head. I can’t tell you what went on from there."
Fencing, shooting, riding, running and swimming: the modern pentathlon has it all, and age or ability doesn't need to set you back.
If you like a bit of variety, check out Get Inspired's guide to the sport.
We've had sword fighting, a swim, riding a horse over hurdles and a run-shooting combo to come.
Modern pentathlon is the stag do I wanted but could never afford.
Britain's Joe Choong heads into the final event in second place - the places are translated into time handicaps on the run-shoot course.
So Choong will be the second man on to the course, nine seconds after Russian Alexander Lesun and 10 seconds before Egypt's Amro Elgeziry.
That's up at 22:00 BST - can Choong become the first British man to win a modern pentathlon medal?
His compatriot Jamie Cooke is down in 11th.
Handball: Women's final
Russia have beaten France 22-19 to win the women's handball gold at Rio 2016.
The Russians, Olympic silver medallists in 2008, led 10-7 after the first half and France fought back to make it 14-14, but Russia would not be denied.
Women's basketball final
The champagne will be making its way from storage to the ice bucket, as USA go into the final quarter 81-49 ahead. Spain just didn't get their chances in, scoring just 17 points in the third quarter.
Not much consolation, but Silvia Dominguez brought a smile to Spanish faces by nailing a buzzer shot from a few steps inside her own half. Sadly, it only counts for three points, but take a bow nonetheless!
Taekwondo
Excellent question. Glad you asked.
The British pair of Bianca Walkden and Mahama Cho are in semi-final action later this evening - here's when you need to be glued to your screen:
Walkden v Zheng Shuyin of China at 21:30 BST
Cho v undetermined opponent at 21:45 BST

It has been the weather for ducks most of this afternoon rather than divers, though the rain is easing a little. The narrative of this 10m platform final has changed unexpectedly over the last 24 hours, of course, with Tom Daley's failure to qualify for the final. The Briton has tweeted that he's here, cheering four-time world champion Qui Bo from China. But this, as we've learned, is an unpredictable sport so who knows who will win.
Ohhhh so close, GB's Joe Choong takes down the penultimate fence. But that's a good round and keeps him in the mix. The athletes in second and first are yet to go before we can work out where Choong will be in the standings before the run-shoot finale.
GB's third-placed Joe Choong has started his showjumping round... we need a clear run Joey.
