Aimee Wilmott has a good shout - a very good shout. All the movement is going to be in the top four lanes.
I think the women's relay... I think GB can do it because Australia are gone - they're going to break the world record.
The United States will also be strong but I think our women have got a chance as well.
Great drama in the pool already.
Next up is the women's 400m individual medley.
What has Aimee Willmott got in her locker?

GB's Max Litchfield, who finished fourth in the men's 400m individual medley: "I knew Jay [Litherland] was going to be in the mix, I knew if I was somewhere with him I would be near.
"I got a great freestyle and felt confident holding him off but I just couldn't quite do it at the end. It's annoying.
"It's tough. Fourth again but it is what it is. I've got more years in me and I'll come back and be there next time.
"It's a step in the right direction the last few years. I just thought I'd put my head down and go for it but it wasn't quite enough.
"There is no giving up. That's sport sometimes, you fall short. It's unfortunate for me finishing fourth.
"I'll come back better and make some serious improvements."
