You wouldn't be doing too much between a semi-final and a final, just a few maybe pop out the blocks an working on some factors that you need to work on.
Looking at Zharnel Hughes if he can execute his start and practice that middle phase once or twice.
There's nothing else you can do now, you're not going to find any extra performance, just make sure that mentally you are prepared to do the best to execute your race.
