But that's about it for this evening. It was quite a first half at the KC Stadium, not such a thriller in the second.

If you want to relive any of the evening's action, you can read match reports on all three games.

Thanks for joining us - and I hope you'll come back for some more hit-ups tomorrow.

Two more live text commentaries, that's what.

We'll be back tomorrow lunchtime with Castleford v Leeds (12:45 BST) in the Rhinos' first game since Kevin Sinfield announced he would be leaving at the end of the season to cross codes and join Yorkshire Carnegie.

Then there's the small matter of the first meeting of Wigan and St Helens (15:00 BST) last season's Grand Final. You get the feeling Wigan might want some revenge in that one.

Huddersfield host Salford in the day's final game.

That's three of the Easter games out of the way, but there's three more to come tomorrow.

So, what will we have for you?

That result at Widnes also means that Hull KR are up to fourth in Super League with their victory in the 224th city derby. Could Rovers be this season's Castleford?

Hull KR coach Chris Chester tells Sky Sports: "The crowd have been fantastic and it's extra pleasing we got the result for them.

"Defensively we were a lot better this week and we created enough opportunities to win two or three games - this is a close group and they've kept working hard. Form goes out the window in a derby and we just had to make sure we won the energy battle early doors and I thought we did.

"We're confident and I'm confident in this group of players. It's another big challenge on Monday but we'll be ready to go."

It's all over at the Halton Stadium where Widnes have beaten local rivals Warrington and are now only a point behind the Wire. It's fair to say the Super League table is looking congested, with four points separating third-placed Huddersfield from bottom-of-the-table Wakefield.

That could be six by tomorrow evening if the Giants beat Salford.

And that will be that. Jack Owens caps a fine Widnes display by going over in the corner but can't add the extras to his own score. Not that it really matters.

Hull KR full-back and tryscorer Kieran Dixon tells Sky Sports: "Last week's performance was something special so to come out here against our rivals and win was something special too and it's a great night for Hull KR.

"This atmosphere and noise is the reason you play this sport."

We're entering the final few minutes at Widnes where the Vikings still lead by 16 points and look destined to win this evening's other derby.

That would be three straight defeats for Wire after losing to St Helens and Huddersfield.

The match ends with Hull KR on the attack once again. It's easy to forget that there was just the two points from Josh Mantellato's boot scored in the second half, but Hull KR were well on top.

Where do Hull FC go from here?

Choruses of "you're getting sacked in the morning" and "you're going down" ring from the stands. Not a good time to be a Hull FC fan.

Another great driving run from Kris Welham puts Hull KR in striking range, but what should be the scoring pass is knocked on. It doesn't matter too much to the result, with time running out but the vociferous Robins fans are baying for another score. The Hull FC fans are making for the exits.

Kieran Dixon has had a decent night but he's definitely slipped off the level he reached in the opening 40 minutes. Under zero pressure on halfway and in a promising position he passes in Ken Sio's vague direction but is a horrible pass - high and straight into touch.

Like one of mine, off my left hand I might add, for all those lucky enough to see me in action many years ago.

Is this the start of a late Warrington comeback? Widnes are down to 12 with Danny Tickle in the sin-bin and Ben Currie capitalises on some quick hands to score in the corner.

It's been a dispiriting night for Wakefield but they get some reward right on the final hooter as Chris Riley touches down for a try that isn't really much consolation.

Lucky or skilful? You be the judge - Terry Campese fires a long kick downfield which looks like it's been overcooked as it hits the turf deep in Hull FC's in-goal area.

But a remarkable bounce - a touch of backspin if we continue the snooker analogy - sends it back into play and forces Fetuli Talanoa into playing a ball he thought he'd see soar into touch.

It's looking a long, long road back for Hull FC - there's been no lack of effort, but the lack of tryscoring threat is a real concern for a side still struggling at the wrong end of the table.

Terry Campese's kicking game is absolutely superb tonight. Another accurate high ball puts Fetuli Talanoa in all sorts of bother, and the winger coughs up possession before a team-mate handles it to give the penalty away. If it was Ronnie O'Sullivan on the snooker table, you'd say his positional play has been inch-perfect tonight.

Ken Sio makes a bullocking run after a high ball comes his way following a slight misfield by Kieran Dixon and Hull KR are on the front foot again.

That's a hat-trick for Damian Cardace. This time Thomas Bosc is the provider with a miss-out pass and Cardace does the rest. Scott Dureau misses again. Was it something I said?
