What a stunning end to a half that burned slowly at first before igniting midway through.

Hull FC and Leeds have grown in their creativity. Hull have the advantage at the break.

Breathless end. 40 more huge minutes to come too. Phew.

My word! Hull FC score a miracle try which owes everything to the superb hands from Albert Kelly.

The Black and Whites bashed left and right and through the middle and on the last, Marc Sneyd sent a peach of a kick to the middle where Kelly plucked it out and when his gap closed, he slipped a wonderful ball to Green to score.

    Wow.

There hasn't been a great flow to the game but there has been some quality from both teams.

Hull went through the gears again to Leeds' right edge, they're looking slick. Tom Briscoe's knock on is a crucial one.

Hull FC get their reward for making the penalty count. Brilliant work from the forwards - especially Josh Bowden - to drill a hole in the Rhinos defence.

Marc Sneyd did brilliantly to hold his pass, slip Carlos Tuimavave through the gap to score to the left of the posts.

Bang on as we edge toward the break.

    Ryan Hall, con Kallum Watkins

Try number two by the big England winger Ryan Hall, again latching onto a superb kick for Leeds' second score of the game.

Kallum Watkins was crabbing left, looking as though he might run out of ideas but he found a kick to work in behind Hull and tee up Hall.

    Leeds go back in front.

Tom Briscoe will be having nightmares about Marc Sneyd's kicking.

Four or five horrible kicks have gone down his throat and only a Hull FC knock-on gets away with it.

Mahe Fonua then concedes a drop out and it's Leeds turn to have a dig.

That try was brilliant for neutrals. Keeps the game tight and dramatic. Proper semi-final football.

John Kear said the kicking games would be important and it's shown because both tries have come on the back of kicks.

Leeds went through the gears down the left on the last, but after a thrilling break Kallum Watkins' pass went to touch. Superb effort though.

Immediate response as Albert Kelly dummies his way across for a beautifully worked score.

Hull again work Tom Briscoe with a dink to the corner and get the tackle count reset after the ball again comes loose. The Airlie Birds made them pay with Kelly's delightful skill.

Leeds up and at Hull now on the back of that score.

Hull are rattled but Mahe Fonua makes a claim from a towering Danny McGuire kick to ease some nerves.

Don't forget Hull came from behind to win at Wembley last year, you cannot count them out.

  17. try

    Ryan Hall, con Kallum Watkins

Leeds make the breakthrough! Joel Moon puts up a kick on the last into the Hull in-goal and for once Mahe Fonua does not clean up.

Instead, the onrushing Ryan Hall makes a great leap, takes it in and dots it down. Sublime.

Kallum Watkins whallops the kick over. Game on for Leeds.

    Hull FC 0-0 Leeds

Hull's forwards for me just edging their Leeds counterparts. They're a big mob in the style of their head coach Lee Radford.

Aggression and control a big part of their game. They forced Jimmy Keinhorst into a mistake a moment ago to get a scrum and set of six in the Rhinos half.

Er... then they cough it up first tackle!

Almost up to the 15 minute mark and we've still no score.

Defences on top. Mahe Fonua just mopped up another teaser from Danny McGuire into the Hull in-goal and they tap on the 20.

Hull have made 38 tackles to Leeds' 35 which shows you how even this has been.
