  1. Four teams, two semi-finals, one Wembley aimpublished at 14:13 British Summer Time 29 July 2017

When it comes to dishing out the title of Mr Challenge Cup, John Kear's name would be high on the list.

His influence can be felt in some of the iconic moments of Challenge Cup history.

Whether it's Sheffield Eagles in 1998 or - and I apologise Leeds fans - Hull in 2005, Kear knows what it takes to win.

He's cast his eye across the two semis this year, have a read. I recommend it.

Brian McDermott has made nine changes from the inexperienced side well beaten by Wigan last weekend, with a host of experienced stars back in the ranks.

Kallum Watkins, Ryan Hall, Joel Moon, Danny McGuire, Adam Cuthbertson, Matt Parcell, Brad Singleton, Stevie Ward and Brett Ferres all come in. Phew. Heavyweight.

Leeds: Golding; Briscoe, Watkins, Keinhorst, Hall; Moon, McGuire; Cuthbertson, Parcell, Singleton, Ward, Ablett, Jones-Buchanan

    Reps: Garbutt, Ferres, Mullally, Lilley

Just the one change for Hull FC, who have stand-off Albert Kelly back and Brad Fash makes way.

Kelly, who was in the Hull KR side hammered 50-0 in 2015's final, goes into the halves which means the versatile Jake Connor has to make do with a place on the bench.

Hull: Shaul; Fonua, Griffin, Tuimavave, Talanoa; Kelly, Sneyd; Taylor, Houghton, Watts, Manu, Minichiello, Ellis

    Reps: Connor, Green, Bowden, Washbrook

Hull FC v Leeds (14:30 BST)

The tingle of excitement that comes with showpiece games is with us as we close in on kick-off in the Challenge Cup semi-finals.

Doncaster's Keepmoat Stadium is the venue. It's a place with happy memories for both these teams - Hull beat Wigan there last season while Leeds edged out Castleford in golden-point time back in 2011 here too.

Neither side need reminding about the significance of the Challenge Cup.

Hull FC are the holders, ending their Wembley hoodoo at the seventh attempt in last season's thrilling final against Warrington.

Leeds were back-to-back winners in 2014 and 2015, destroying Hull KR 50-0 in their treble-winning season and beating West Yorkshire rivals Castleford the year before that.
