Bath are rattled. Ben Foden chips the ball forward, George Ford and Nick Abendanon get in each other's way and Ford knocks on to gift Saints a scrum just outside the Bath 22.
Saints are employing the tactics Bath did in the first half and are racing up in defence. First George Ford, then Nick Abendanon are caught in possession to concede a penalty in front of the posts. Myler makes no mistake and Northampton are in front for the first time.
BBC Sport's Chris Osborne at Cardiff Arms Park: "The respect for the kicker has been pretty poor from the stands tonight. No consolation for Ford though after three consecutive wayward penalties."
Graham McKechnie
BBC Radio Northampton
"It's a lovely kick from Stephen Myler. That was right at the edge of his range. There's plenty of time left and we have a real spectacle now."
This time it's Northampton's turn to be dominant at the breakdown as Tom Wood charges through and forces Bath to infringe. Stephen Myler is a long way out, just inside the Bath half. But he shows no sign of nerves and slots the ball through the posts to make it a one-point ball game.
There's a flag up after a scrum so what's gone on there? The TMO is back in action and it seems Tom Mercey may have landed a little punch on Stuart Hooper. But Eric Gauzins, in the box, rules there's nothing too serious there and we play on, with Peter Stringer on for Micky Young at scrum-half for Bath.

"That was a really poor miss from George Ford, goodness me. Directly in front of the posts."
Bath have the chance to stretch their lead again after Northampton are penalised for trying to hack the ball away on the floor right in front of the sticks, around 35 metres out. But, after being supreme in the first half, Ford's confidence has dipped and he again screws his effort wide. That's three straight misses now. Will they prove costly?
After a big hit on Nick Abendanon, Bath scrum-half Micky Young is over-eager in trying to win the ball back for his team and is caught offside. Northampton's Stephen Myler is reliable again, slotting the penalty to reduce the arrears to four points.
The penalty is just outside the Saints 22, about 15 metres in from touch. George Ford hooked his kick before the break and this time he over compensates and pushes his effort wide of the right-hand upright.
But what happened there? The video referee has a look and discovers a late hit by Alex Corbisiero. The loosehead is off to the bin for 10 minutes, Saints are down to 14 men and Bath have a kickable penalty.
Daniel Martin:, external Overly excited watching the #bbcrugby text commentary update for Saints v Bath. Sounds tense! Come on you Saints!
Bath are unable to make the most of their field position as a kick skips through to Ben Foden, who touches down inside his own in-goal area. French referee Jerome Garces brings play to a halt so Stuart Hooper can receive treatment to an injury.
Bath have been supreme at the breakdown and Francois Louw forces another Saints mistake to earn his side a penalty mid-way inside their own half. George Ford boots it into touch and Bath have a decent position in Northampton territory.
Northampton fly-half Stephen Myler lofts the ball forward and we're back under way.

"Saints have to be more direct in the second half. Bath are defending in swarms of threes, fours and fives. Their aggressiveness has been the big difference between the two sides and George Ford's kicking game has been immaculate."
BBC Radio Bristol's Tom Bradshaw at Cardiff Arms Park: "Bath's defence is what has earned them this half-time lead. Jonathan Joseph has controlled the midfield with a series of crunching hits - one of which resulted in Anthony Watson's try - while George North certainly knows he's been in a game, the Saints winger having taken some heavy hits from opposite number Semesa Rokoduguni and impressive Academy hooker Tom Dunn.
If Bath can continue to apply such defensive muscle in the second period then the Challenge Cup beckons."
So what did we all make of that? Northampton are behind at the break once more, but will they turn it around this time? Get in touch on Twitter using #bbcrugby or, if you're in the UK, by texting us on 81111.
BBC Sport's Chris Osborne at Cardiff Arms Park: "Saints trudging off with the air of a side that have under performed. Finding a way to stop George Ford would no doubt improve their fortunes."
Graham McKechnie
BBC Radio Northampton
"That was a very impressive 40 minutes from Bath, leaving Saints with a lot to think about at the break."
