  1. Toulon 9-9 Bathpublished at 72 mins

What a jackal from Francois Louw, who wins the ball back at the breakdown and Bath are back inside the French 22m. Anthony Watson is penalised at the breakdown, not releasing, and Toulon kick for touch. It's carnage out there.

  2. Toulon 9-9 Bathpublished at 71 mins

We've got 10 minutes to go and Toulon finally have their hands back on the ball. Ominous for Bath.

  3. Toulon 9-9 Bathpublished at 70 mins

Bath press on the right wing this time and Anthony Watson flies down the touchline. The England man is tackled but Bath retain possession and look for an opening. It's so tense and George Ford tries his luck with a third drop goal. It sails just wide. So close.

Bath win the scrum, go through the phases, George Ford spots Matt Banahan in some space and sends a cross-field kick his way. Banahan offloads to Francois Louw but he tries to pass in contact and it's lost forward as Bath had numbers. One offload away from a try.

  5. Toulon 9-9 Bathpublished at 63 mins

Bath scrum half Chris Cook sends a kick from deep inside his own 22 to well into Toulon's 22. What a huge boost for his side who win a scrum from the resulting line-out.

  6. Toulon 9-9 Bathpublished at 61 mins

There's a break in play as both sides catch their breath, make changes and tend to the walking wounded. David Denton is on for Bath.

  8. Toulon 9-9 Bathpublished at 58 mins

Bath with a period of sustained pressure and after going through several phases eventually George Ford decides to force the issue and sends a grubber to the corner. It bobbles into touch though and it's a Toulon line-out.

  9. Toulon 9-9 Bathpublished at 55 mins

George Ford kicks Bath into Toulon's 22, they steal the line-out and look to have numbers but again the English side are isolated at the breakdown and Juan Fernandez Lobbe steals the ball and rescues his side.

  10. Toulon 9-9 Bathpublished at 53 mins

Bath need to get out of their own 22. They win another penalty from a scrum and George Ford kicks to half-way. Can they set something up from this?

  11. Toulon 9-9 Bathpublished at 51 mins

Vintage Toulon this, quick hands, offloading in contact, sustained pressure, going through the phases but Bath survive on this occasion. They're knocking on the door.

  12. Toulon 9-9 Bathpublished at 49 mins

My mistake, the final pass was forward so Bath have a scrum inside their own 5m. It's another penalty, this time for the English side.

  13. Toulon 9-9 Bathpublished at 47 mins

Josua Tuisova causes havoc in the Bath defence slicing them apart and creating an overlap on the left wing but the French side make a mess of the pass and Semesa Rokoduguni manages to scramble across and boot the ball into touch. Warning signs for Bath.

This time it's Bath and Max Lahiff in particular who are penalised at a scrum, the prop guilty of turning himself in and Toulon have a kick for goal which Eric Escade sends over to level.

  15. Drop-goal (Ford)published at 42 mins

    Toulon 6-9 Bath

Bath win an early penalty from a scrum which will be another feather in the cap of their front row. They kick for touch but the resulting line-out is lost - however, Bath win back possession and George Ford makes space for himself and sends over his second drop goal of the half.

  16. Kick-offpublished at 40 mins

Toulon get the second half underway with Frederic Michalak on for the French side.

  17. Toulon 6-6 Bathpublished at 16:11

Right then, all eyes back on the European Champions Cup. Big 40 minutes coming up in Bath's season, can they keep up this intensity for another half and tidy things up at the breakdown?

Would you Adam and Eve it?

Sailosi Tagicakibau steals in for a remarkable long-range score, in the process securing a four-try bonus point for Wasps and oh-so-cruelly denying a losing bonus point for Worcester.

Where did that come from? The conversion is good too...
