If you missed any of Saturday's Premiership action, where were you?!

Well, for those who were elsewhere here's a quick look back...

The first game of the afternoon was an absolute thriller between Sale and leaders Saracens.

Sale raced into a 17-0 lead, but trailed 36-26 with 10 minutes to go before late tries from TJ Ioane and Tom Arscott rescued a 36-36 draw at the AJ Bell Stadium.

Elsewhere, Northampton came from behind to beat Worcester, 38-18, and Gloucester eased to a 32-6 victory over Newcastle.

Well well well, that try for Bath has changed things at the break.

They could hardly get out of their own half for the opening 39 minutes, but what a boost that is.

Ian Whitten opened the scoring for Exeter following a magnificent 60m dash from James Short, before Amanaki Mafi's reply.

An intriguing second half is coming up, that's for sure.

Well, that has come out of absolutely nowhere. Bath set up the driving maul from the line-out and Amanaki Mafi bundles over.

The decision goes to the Television Match Official, but he sees no reason not to award the try.

    Huge moment for the visitors.

Tom Homer adds the extras and the lead is back down to nine points.

  4. Exeter 16-0 Bathpublished at 40 mins

What's this though? Bath's forwards have the ball in hand metres from Exeter's try-line.

Thomas Waldrom is offside and it's a penalty to Bath. They choose to take the line-out.

That really was a magnificent break from James Short. He must have run at least 60m, before releasing the pass at just the right time.

This Sandy Park crowd are now in fine voice and Rob Baxter's half-time team talk will be a little easier.

I said they needed a try and now they have! And it's a brilliant one.

James Short races most of the length of the pitch, breaking through a couple of tame tackles before offloading to Ian Whitten who has the easiest of jobs to dot down in the corner.

    Gareth Steenson adds the extras.

  7. Exeter 9-0 Bathpublished at 33 mins

Every time Bath try and clear their lines, the ball is being held up in the wind. It could be a very different second half because of the conditions and you feel Exeter have to make their dominance count with at least one try.

  8. Exeter 9-0 Bathpublished at 31 mins

Bath simply cannot get out of their own 22 at the moment.

Captain Stuart Hooper is having a word with referee Greg Garner, as he feels they are being unfairly pinged at the scrums.

However, it's another infringement at the breakdown and another penalty. Gareth Steenson hits the post though.

Exeter have had all the territory, all the possession and three penalties to show for it. The game has been littered with errors but they'll be happy with this scoreline going into the breeze in the second-half."

  10. Penalty (Steenson)published at 28 mins

    Exeter 9-0 Bath

Exeter are absolutely dominating the scrums. And Bath's forward line are being warned for not pushing straight.

Next infringement will mean a yellow card.

Gareth Steenson kicks the penalty sweet as you like from 50m and the advantage is extended.

That is some great work initially from Semesa Rokoduguni.

The Bath wing steals the ball off the floor and makes a rare break for the visitors.

But he ruins it by spilling the ball.

Bath are not in this game at all so far, although Chiefs have not really made their dominance count on the scoreboard.

  12. Missed penalty (Steenson)published at 22 mins

    Exeter 6-0 Bath

Bath are punished for an infringement at the breakdown and Gareth Steenson goes for the posts from 40m out.

It doesn't quite have the legs though as the ball drops onto the base of the post.

It is quite windy out there.

  14. Penalty (Steenson)published at 18 mins

    Exeter 6-0 Bath

Bath are going to have a very long afternoon if they keep up this indiscipline at the scrum.

Another infringement, another penalty, and Gareth Steenson slots it through easy as you like.

  15. Exeter 3-0 Bathpublished at 15 mins

Thomas Waldrom really does have that midas touch for Chiefs. The big number 8 dances - yes, dances - through the Bath defence before the move eventually breaks down at the maul.

Very enjoyable moment seeing Waldrom's quick feet though!

  16. Penalty (Steenson)published at 12 mins

    Exeter 3-0 Bath

Max Lahiff is penalised for collapsing the scrum and it's a penalty to Chiefs in front of the posts.

Gareth Steenson makes no mistake and Exeter lead.

Very good defence from Bath. Their back-row know what they're doing and there were some good chop tackles in there. Exeter are on the attack and they're having a big game in this opening 10 minutes."

  18. Exeter 0-0 Bathpublished at 9 mins

Exeter are inches from the Bath try-line as the juggernaut Thomas Waldrom makes a burst, but the visitors manage to hold the ball up.

Big chance missed for Chiefs, but some fine defence from Bath. Scrum time.

Both sides are weighing each other up at the moment. There's always a bit of niggle in this fixture.

It will be interesting to see if that surfaces if it remains tight.

  20. Exeter 0-0 Bathpublished at 4 mins

Exeter finally get on the ball, but Dave Ewers spills it and it's our first scrum of the afternoon.
