    FT: Leicester 35-30 Gloucester

    Leicester fight back against Gloucester to move back to fourth in the Premiership table in a game defined by a brand of adventurous attacking play.

    All the excitement was largely instigated by Gloucester when they produced three tries in nine first-half minutes to stun the hosts.

    However, Leicester responded in kind. The end product, one of the most thrilling 80 minutes of open rugby this term.

    For now, Tigers occupy the last play-off spot, but Northampton have a chance to go above them again tomorrow when they travel to Coventry to face Wasps (15:00 BST).

    Leicester 35-30 Gloucester

    Leicester Tigers produced a superb second-half comeback to beat Gloucester and keep their hopes of reaching the Premiership play-offs alive.

    Telusa Veainu and England centre Manu Tuilagi both crossed in the opening 11 minutes to give Tigers an early lead.

    But tries from Stephen McColl, Henry Trinder and Paddy McAllister left Gloucester 27-13 in front at the break.

    Tuilagi added his second soon after half-time before Peter Betham and Niki Goneva completed a dramatic fightback.

    Harlequins 46-25 Newcastle

    Harlequins kept their play-off hopes alive with a bonus-point victory over Newcastle Falcons, who slipped to their sixth straight defeat. 

    Tries from Tim Visser, Jack Clifford and Joe Gray gave the home side a 21-6 half-time lead.

    Newcastle surged back with two Nili Latu tries and one from Marcus Watson, but Sean Robinson's sin-binning was costly for the visitors.

    Ben Botica's kicking accuracy for Quins, and further tries from Visser and Marland Yarde ensured a the comfortable win.

    Exeter Chiefs secured a bonus-point win over Worcester Warriors to narrow the gap on Premiership leaders Saracens.

    Second-placed Exeter, who are now three points behind Sarries, were 17-0 ahead inside 25 minutes, with Thomas Waldrom, James Short and Olly Woodburn crossing.

    Tries from Cooper Vuna and Andy Symons then cut the deficit to five points.

    But Ollie Atkins sealed the bonus point after the break and Waldrom and Woodburn both completed hat-tricks to end Worcester's four-match winning run.

    London Irish 15-30 Sale

    Sale secured their first victory at the Madjeski Stadium since October 2006 to leave London Irish four points adrift at the bottom of the Premiership.

    Danny Cipriani's penalty put Sharks ahead before Greig Tonks levelled and Sean Maitland's score made it 8-3.

    But Sharks replied through Cipriani and Mike Haley to lead 13-8 at the break.

    Cipriani extended Sharks' lead before Johnny Williams' score gave Irish hope, but tries for TJ Ioane and Cipriani maintained Sale's top six push.

    Leicester's Dom Barrow comes up the steal at the line-out  on the left and in a flash Peter Betham has the ball in his grasp on the right and he is over to make this a two-point game with 12 minutes to go.

    The final pass to Betham was from Tuilagi, but it the ball zipped through a few sets of hands to get there. Special mention for long pass from Harry Thacker to open it up.

    It's hotting up in Reading as London Irish's young sensation Johnny Williams scores their second try of the afternoon but it's been cancelled out by TJ Ioane. 

    Back at Sandy Park there's been another try and guess who it is? Thomas Waldrom has added his hat-trick score and the Chiefs' afternoon is looking very rosy.
