Glasgow Head Coach Gregor Townsend insists he will remain at the Warriors next season, dismissing a link to the soon to be vacated director of rugby post at Harlequins as "a non-story".

Townsend, who led Glasgow to the Pro12 title last season, signed a new deal in December, taking him through to the summer of 2017.

"There was some speculation in the media about my future," said Townsend.

"I have a contract here for next year and I'm really looking forward to next season."

Conor O'Shea will leave Harlequins in the summer to coach Italy.

England coach Eddie Jones has warned that a handful of Grand Slam winners are at risk of missing out on the summer tour of Australia.

He says some of those involved in the Six Nations win have not played well enough since returning to their clubs.

"Personally I've been disappointed in three or four players who have gone back [to their clubs] and played quite poorly," Jones told the BBC.

"Those players have put their tour place to Australia in jeopardy."

It doesn't feel like a 0-0 to watch. It looked ominous for the first 13 or 14 minutes for Gloucester, but since then it's been much improved.

  6. HT: Gloucester 0-0 Exeterpublished at 20:33 British Summer Time 15 April 2016

In all fairness, that's been a very watchable first 40 minutes despite neither side troubling the scoreboard.

Plenty of endeavour and hard work from both sides and some real grit on display at Kingsholm.

    Gloucester 0-0 Exeter

Well, something I've not had to type before this season...

It's pointless after the first 40 minutes!

More too-ing and fro-ing in possession at the breakdown as Exeter lose it on halfway.

Can Gloucester fashion something before the break?

  9. Gloucester 0-0 Exeterpublished at 37 mins

Nice work with the grubber kick to the corner from Exeter's Ian Whitten to pin the Cherry and Whites back in their own territory.

Gloucester fail to find touch when they clear their lines, but Olly Woodburn spills the chance to run one in down the blindside wing for Exeter.

The prospect of a pointless half increases...

  10. Gloucester 0-0 Exeterpublished at 35 mins

Five minutes left in this first half. Is it going to be pointless?

  11. Gloucester 0-0 Exeterpublished at 33 mins

Another change for Exeter, this time it looks permanent though as Geoff Parling makes way for Damian Welch in the second row.

  12. Gloucester 0-0 Exeterpublished at 33 mins

Exeter miss a decent chance to sneak in through the gap, but Will Chudley spills the ball in contact 10 metres short of the line.

Half a chance goes begging for the Chiefs.

  13. Gloucester 0-0 Exeterpublished at 31 mins

Gloucester infringe on the floor as Tom Savage is ruled to have not rolled away and Gareth Steenson can pump a long kick into the home side's 22.

More tight stuff in this game as an aerial kicking exchange is followed by Exeter being driven out of touch on the near side along halfway.

The lack of points isn't down to the conditions, it's more to do with the disciplined defence from both sides.

James Short is on as a blood replacement for Lachie Turner for Exeter.

Exeter with the line-out on Gloucester's 10-metre line.

  16. Gloucester 0-0 Exeterpublished at 24 mins

It's Gloucester who see the dead ball line come too soon this time as Ollie Thorley tries a cheeky grubber kick through the line out wide.

Still no points, but plenty of endeavour.

That all came from very poor first-up tackling from Exeter. When Gloucester moved the ball over to the right it looked as though they might be in. Exeter got out of jail.

Gloucester go for the corner after Exeter infringe for offside and go for another catch-and-drive attempt.

  19. Gloucester 0-0 Exeterpublished at 21 mins

Nice work by Tom Marshall, who takes a quick line-out inside Exeter's 22 and the Cherry and Whites are trying to catch the Chiefs napping.

Gloucester don't take full advantage initially though as Billy Twelvetrees and Jeremy Thursh's bursts are stopped.

  20. Gloucester 0-0 Exeterpublished at 19 mins

That's a sloppy mistake from Olly Woodburn, whose long kick up field runs all the way over the Gloucester dead ball line.

He's getting the bird from the Kingsholm crowd and we'll come back for the scrum way back from 30 metres from Exeter's try line.
