"New Zealand are looking very rusty, with lots of balls going to ground. If they could hold onto the ball for one or two more phases they'd be very dangerous."

Anything you can do, say the All Blacks. They're into the Wales 22 with simple efficiency. Kieran Reed taking the restart, setting his team-mates in motion. But, this time, their attack comes to nothing and Wales will have put-in at the scrum in their own 22.

Try - Rhys Webb; con Biggarpublished at 31 mins

    New Zealand 15-18 Wales

Liam Williams, a twinkle in his toes this evening, shuffles past would-be defenders near the halfway line, the All Blacks' line is broken... Rhys Webb is on his shoulder and the poacher supreme dives under the posts to give Wales the lead.

What a match. Dan Biggar with a simple conversion. Hopefully this half will never end.

"That was a dead-set try there - Naholo had two men inside but tried to beat the man and paid the price."

The problem is no team can counter-attack quite like the All Blacks. Waisake Naholo punching holes, a devastating runner with the ball and once again he takes his team into the opposition 22. Wales' defence holding firm, but for how long?

Wales' set piece holding firm, they win their own line-out but the speed of New Zealand's defensive line is putting Warren Gatland's men under immense pressure when they have the ball. But the All Blacks are making mistakes, too, and the visitors are confident enough to counter-attack when the opportunity arises.

There are plenty of 'oohs' and 'aahs' here from the crowd at Eden Park as both sides throw the ball around and run it out from defence.

Do Wales have the puff to play that game for 80 minutes though? Are they playing into the All Blacks' hands?

It's great to watch, mind you.

    New Zealand 15-11 Wales

Liam Williams a ubiquitous presence in this match, teak tough in defence, twinkle toed in attack. Hands in the ruck from the All Blacks and that gives Dan Biggar the opportunity to boot his team deep into opposition territory.

  9. Time to calm things down?published at 09:05 British Summer Time 11 June 2016

    New Zealand 15-11 Wales

    Wayne Pivac
Scarlets coach on BBC Radio Wales

"From a Welsh point of view they just need to see 10 minutes without New Zealand scoring any points, just to settle things down. There are a few Welsh boys out there with their hands on the heads."

  10. Penalty - Biggarpublished at 25 mins

    New Zealand 15-11 Wales

New Zealand's handsome lead is no more. Dan Biggar clinical with the boot, chipping away into the All Black lead.

    New Zealand 15-8 Wales

New Zealand seem to be targeting Dan Biggar, constantly kicking to the Wales outside-half, putting him out of the game.

Wales in a muddle. Ben Smith with a thigh-slappingly good kick into touch which Hallam Amos opts to keep alive - and unsurprisingly his team-mates are caught unawares. But, hang on, this is where cool heads are needed...Wales counter-attacking... Jamie Roberts bursts through midfield... Jonathan Davies is in support - if only he could find George North, the winger would be free, but an All Black hand gets to the overhead pass first.

Dan Biggar with a chance to reduce the deficit. (I'm sorry but I missed the All Black transgression). The outside-half goes through his idiosyncratic routine before bisecting the posts. This is breathless stuff.

  13. Wales not dead yetpublished at 08:58 British Summer Time 11 June 2016

    New Zealand 15-5 Wales

    Wayne Pivac
Scarlets coach on BBC Radio Wales

"Wales have just got to keep doing what they're doing. They're creating a lot of opportunities and penalties and have let New Zealand off the hook a couple of times."

  14. Try - Naholo; conv Crudenpublished at 17 mins

    New Zealand 15-5 Wales

A brilliant try. There are no superlatives. Ben Smith with a shuffle of the hips weaves his way out of Wales' high defensive line... Aaron Cruden is in support, the outside-half finds Waisake Naholo who strolls underneath the posts. Wonderful.

    An easy-peasy conversion for Cruden.

  15. Points galore?published at 08:55 British Summer Time 11 June 2016

    New Zealand 8-5 Wales

    Wayne Pivac
Scarlets coach on BBC Radio Wales

"It's been a great start. There's been a lot of ball movement from both sides and it's got the feel of a high-scoring game."

  16. try

Try - Julian Savea; (missed conpublished at 15 mins

    New Zealand 8-5 Wales

What a sight it is to see the All Blacks put the foot to the metal. Waisake Naholo bursts down the right flank, pushing red shirts to the side. The men in black recycle possession, step infield and it's Aaron Cruden with the coup de grace - a diagonal kick into the corner which Savea gathers to touch down.

    Cruden misses the conversion.

    New Zealand 3-5 Wales

Wales with a scrum in opposition territory once more and Talupe Faletau has oodles of time to pop a pass to Rhys Webb. The backline is rolled into action, but the men in red (Faletau, I'm looking at you) are penalised for crossing at that is that. A needless mistake in a promising position.

Dave Sommerville: Beautiful by Wales - if they always played like that I'd pay to see them more often!

Ben Wire: Come on the Welsh boys! You have the skill, talent and fitness to go all the way!

    New Zealand 3-5 Wales

    Wayne Pivac
Scarlets coach on BBC Radio Wales

"That was a fantastic try. It started with the high kick and chase from Dan Biggar and then they used the full width of the field. That's clearly how they want to play today."

  20. try

Try - Faletau (missed con)published at 08:46 British Summer Time 11 June 2016

    New Zealand 3-5 Wales

And it's Taulupe Faletau into the corner!

Dan Biggar the architect of that move, kicking and retrieving... Liam Williams made inroads on the right wing, wriggling through, and then Wales work it to the other side of the pitch for their number eight to stroll over unopposed. A beautiful team try.
