    Gloucester v Newcastle

    Now across to Kingsholm where Willi Heinz takes over from Greig Laidlaw as scrum-half and captain as Gloucester make five changes.

    The other four are in the pack, with Mariano Galarza, Ross Moriarty and Jacob Rowan coming in, while Yann Thomas is a late replacement for Paddy McAllister at loose-head prop.

    Newcastle Falcons recall utility back Alex Tait on the wing to replace Vereniki Goneva, who has a hamstring injury, as their only change.

    Gloucester and Newcastle have each collected one win from three matches so far this season.

    Harlequins v Saracens

    Harlequins are running out on home soil for the first time this season and their Director of Rugby John Kingston has made six changes to the side which lost 36-25 to Exeter last weekend. 

    Internationals Jamie Roberts and Tim Visser are returning to the starting line up after injuries and Matt Hopper will partner Roberts in the centre. 

    In the forwards Will Collier, George Merrick and James Chisholm are all set to make their first starts of the season.

    There's a late change to the home side as Marland Yarde has a throat infection and is replaced by Charlie Walker out wide. 

    For the visitors Saracens, Mike Ellery replaces Chris Ashton, who begins his 13-week ban for biting and in their pack Jackson Wray takes the place of Schalk Burger at openside flanker.

    Northampton v Wasps

    A midlands derby (of sorts) at Franklin's Gardens awaits with Wasps looking to maintain their perfect start to the season.

    Winger Ken Pisi makes his 100th appearance for Northampton while at the other end of the scale, scrum-half Nic Groom comes into the starting XV for the first time this season.

    Wasps hand returns to Matt Mullan, Sam Jones, Nathan Hughes and Josh Bassett while Frank Halai is absent with a hamstring injury. 

    Danny Cipriani is set to make his 100th appearance for the, while Dan Robson and Marty Moore are fit for the bench.

    Round four kicked off on Friday evening at Ashton Gate where Exeter picked up a second win in as many games against a still winless Bristol.

    Olly Woodburn and Thomas Waldrom both scored two tries for the Chiefs.

    Ross McMillan and Max Crumpton gave Bristol hope of an unlikely comeback, but Exeter's Sam Hill's scored late on in a bonus-point victory.
