As we build-up to the day's second kick-off, here is the team news from Sixways.

Worcester make one change against Newcastle as they again look for their first home win of the 2016-17 season after successive draws at Sixways.

Tom Heathcote returns at stand-off in place of Ryan Lamb following last weekend's 34-34 draw with Sale, which followed a 23-23 draw with Gloucester.

Newcastle name an unchanged starting line-up following last weekend's 18-13 win over Gloucester at Kingsholm.

Prop David Wilson is on the bench after his return to his home-town club. The 44-times-capped England prop, who rejoined the Falcons from Bath, has recovered from a minor calf strain.

Worcester: Shillcock; Humphreys, Olivier, Willison, Vuna; Heathcote, Arr; Rapava Ruskin, Annett, Schonert, O'Callaghan, Barry, Faosiliva, Kirwan, Dowson (capt).

Newcastle: Hammersley; Tait, Waldouck, Socino, Sinoti; Delany, Takulua; Vickers, Lawson, Welsh, Green, Olmstead, Wilson, Welch (capt), Hogg.

Replacements: Sowrey, Rogers, Wilson, Witty, Temm, Young, Hodgson, Agulla.

  2. Wasps 5-0 Harlequinspublished at 14:40 British Summer Time 2 October 2016

Harlequins a bit sloppy in their set piece execution as they look for a reply to that Ashley Johnson try.

Fly-half Tim Swiel fails to find decent range with his touch kick and then Quins lose the ball from the line-out.

Wasps back in possession from the scrum and a first darting run from Christian Wade before he's stopped by a loose pass inside.

    Wasps 5-0 Harlequins

And from the first attacking Wasps line-out, we have our first try.

Matt Symons caught Ashley Johnson's throw and then the hooker was the last man under the rolling maul to put the ball down for a try.

Unusually, Jimmy Gopperth is off target with his first attempt for the conversion.

Lively first couple of minutes with some big hits going in.

Wasps handed a penalty short of halfway as Harlequins go off their feet. Danny Cipriani's big booming kick finds touch almost in the corner.

Harlequins director of rugby John Kingston:

"We are under no illusion about the challenge that Wasps present this weekend.

"They are the form team of the Premiership. There is a great history between the two clubs and, despite the geographical difference, these matches still feel like derbies."

Wasps director of rugby Dai Young told BBC Coventry & Warwickshire:

"There's been a good buzz around the training ground, but we're also realistic enough to know we rode our luck last weekend to beat Saints.

"I was proud of the players' endeavour, attitude and desire, but we need to make sure we're much better - and not rely on lady luck to get over the line.

"Harlequins will come here full of confidence, after a superb result last weekend when they beat Saracens. Quins showed everyone what they're capable of."

In Saturday's other game, Bath came from behind in the West Country derby to condemn Gloucester to their third home defeat of the season.

In an underwhelming first period, in part to do with the wet conditions, James Hook scored the only points of the half with a long-range effort.

George Ford drew Bath level after the break with a drop-goal, before Laidlaw put Gloucester back ahead from the tee.

But Anthony Watson finished well as Laidlaw missed two late penalties and Matt Banahan's try sealed victory.

Peter Betham's two tries saw Leicester lead 14-7 after Mike Phillips's score.

Former Tiger Paolo Odogwu and Johnny Leota powered Sale into a 24-20 half-time lead with Halani Aulika adding a fourth try after the break.

Adam Thompstone brought Leicester within a point after Aulika was sin-binned but Will Addison's late penalty sealed the victory.

Fly-half Alex Lozowski scored a try in either half, while Chris Wyles and Jamie George made sure of a bonus point with two more for Mark McCall's side.

England second row George Kruis added a fifth score before full-time on his return to action.

Bristol failed to put a point on the board and have now lost all five of their opening Premiership matches.

The 24-year-old scored his third try in four games before teeing up debutant Rory Hutchinson (pictured above) to edge Saints ahead at half-time, after Olly Woodburn had crossed to put the visitors in command.

Exeter retook the lead after the break, Gareth Steenson passing 2,000 points for the club to put Exeter 19-14 up.

But Harry Mallinder kicked two late penalties snatch victory for the hosts.
