Ireland kick the penalty into the corner once again...
Scotland 7-0 Ireland
Ireland's first two put-ins to the scrum have produced penalties for the visitors - big advantage it looks like for the Irish in that phase, for all that they are trailing on the scoreboard.
Scotland 7-0 Ireland
Ireland have come back from that score, chomping for a reply.
A line-out five metres out. Scotland gird their loins.
Andy Nicol
Former Scotland international at Murrayfield
That really was a team try from Scotland.
They showed good composure and great patience.
Ireland have got to play as error-free-rugby as possible because they have now seen what Scotland can do.
Scotland 7-0 Ireland
Former Scotland captain Rory Lawson on BBC Radio 5 live sports extra: "Patient attack, accurate and powerful from Scotland.
"It all came off a good set-piece. From there the wave after wave of Scotland attack came round the corner quicker than the Irish defenders."
Stuart Hogg (con Greig Laidlaw)
Ireland's defence finally runs out of men and energy.
With the green shirts sucked in around the breakdown, Finn Russell slings the ball wide.
It is the not the best pass, skipping across the Murrayfield baize, but it pops up and Stuart Hogg bags it before Garry Ringrose and is away into the corner.
Greig Laidlaw with the extras from a tricky angle.
Scotland 0-0 Ireland
Scotland with a good platform to attack, centre field, just outside the Ireland 22m.
Huw Jones jinks and darts. Richie Gray ploughs into the fringe defence. Five metres to go.
Another forward rumble. Now two metres to go...
Scotland 0-0 Ireland
Another landslide victory for the Ireland pack in the second scrum of the day.
Scotland, even with Ross Ford's wise head on, are being shovelled aside.
That could be a major problem and I'm not sure there is a lot that Vern Cotter can do about it.
Scotland 0-0 Ireland
Rory Lawson on BBC Radio 5 live sports extra: "A really great bit of play from Scotland on the turnover. Scotland are aware they will have to defend phase after phase of Irish attack.
"You are always going to come into the Six Nations with big hopes. Scotland have shown some strong autumn International performances and they understand they have the team this year."
Scotland 0-0 Ireland
Scotland hooker Fraser Brown heads to the sidelines to get some claret mopped up. Nothing too serious, just a nose knock.
Ross Ford is on in his place for the time being.
Scotland 0-0 Ireland
Andy Nicol
Former Scotland international at Murrayfield
That was a real missed opportunity for Scotland there.
They had the numbers - they didn't need to do much more. You can see the frustration on their faces.
Scotland 0-0 Ireland
Scotland move the ball with ambition, wide and fast.
But a promising situation comes to an end as Finn Russell bullets a spin pass into the chest of Huw Jones and the ball pops forward.
As we get under way at Murrayfield, a reminder that in the Women's Six Nations Wales are away to Italy.

Scotland 0-0 Ireland
Some heavy artillery out there.
Sean O'Brien goes on a rumble, Jamie Heaslip clanks into the blue wall.
The Scotland defence holds firm though.
And the ball spills forward. Turnover Scotland and a broken field to run at!
Scotland 0-0 Ireland
Knock-on in the line-out by the Scots.
Conor Murray feeds into the first scrum of the afternoon and the green machine trundles forward. Scotland forced north and it's a penalty to Ireland.
Rob Kearney nudges play up into Scotland's half. Rory Best on the line-out oche.

Scotland v Ireland
Quote MessageBe assured, nobody will have been talking about chasing bonus points in the dressing room prior to this game. Both teams will be looking for momentum from this match today and that comes from one thing - winning.
Tony Ward, Former Ireland fly-half on BBC Radio Ulster
Scotland 0-0 Ireland
Simon Zebo claims the kick-off, solid ball back to Rob Kearney who wallops his kick back up towards half-way.
Scotland's chase was rabid though and it is a line-out just short of Ireland's 10-metre.
Scotland 0-0 Ireland
Rory Lawson on BBC Radio 5 live sports extra: "Conor Murray is the bolt-on starting scrum-half at the start of this tournament. He has a lot of responsibility today.
"Johnny Sexton knows how to run the team, without him there is a bit more pressure on Murray to run the team."
