Man-of-the-match Finn Russell on BBC One:

"The boys were awesome today. It was always going to be a tough game, especially with both teams coming off a loss. I'm so proud of the boys.

"We knew if we were in the game at half-time then we would be good enough and we dug deep.

"I've got Greig's boots on and I was happy to keep the scoreboard ticking over with my kicking today.

Scotland captain John Barclay speaking on BBC One:

"We started the Championship really well at home against Ireland, we were disappointed against France but we believe within the group that we can do something.

"We recovered from a poor first half to beat a good Welsh side.

"We tightened up in the second half, the tackle area and we've got some backs who can mix it with anyone and we gave them some ball.

"We believe we can beat England if we play like we did in the first half."

It comes down to creative opportunities and scoring tries. Wales didn't do anything in attack in the second half.

It was a fantastic second-half performance. 20 unanswered points, and not just the Scottish attack, but the defence was outstanding.

The second 40 was everything this Scotland team has developed into.

Finn Russell has been named the man of the match. Any arguments? He has been impeccable with the boot, converting all seven of his chances to land 19 of Scotland's points from the tee.

    That Gregor Laidlaw-shaped void? Filled.

What the stats don't show us is the impressive way the Scotland fly-half has led his team around the park, orchestrating Wales' demise.

That was a fantastic second-half performance. To play the way Scotland did was a radical change from the first 40 minutes.

We've had a lot of dark days here at Murrayfield, so I'll celebrate.

Phil: What have Wales been doing in training the last two weeks? Poor handling, no leadership, individuals not a team.

Niels Jan-Gellhoedt:  What an enjoyable afternoon if you are wearing blue.

Matt Jones: Why does Howley wait until 65-70 mins to make changes? No chance for Davies to have impact. Bigger choices sooner, Wales.
