There were three games yesterday with Leicester coming out on top in the East Midlands derby against Northampton, in what was Aaron Mauger's last match in charge.

The Tigers were trailing at half-time but won 36-31 at Franklin's Gardens to move above Bath into fourth.

Exeter moved level on points with leaders Wasps after their 30-25 win over Sale at Sandy Park, while Harlequins ran in seven tries in a 53-17 victory over Newcastle.

After leading England to a second Six Nations title in a row playing fly-half and inside centre, Saracens' Owen Farrell and Bath's George Ford line up against each other in their respective 10 shirts today.

With Warren Gatland I'm sure watching on today, it should be pretty intriguing watching how they go after a couple of months of speaking about the ins and outs of each others game.

It's been all Worcester in the opening stages and they're rewarded through Bryce Heem's try as he crosses from close range.

They've really taken it to the league leaders. Ryan Mills misses the extras.

The Premiership round 18 action started on Friday night, and things now look even bleaker for Bristol.

The West country side were promoted from the Championship last season but have won just three times so far, and Gloucester kept it that way with a 32-14 win at Ashton Gate.

Bristol are seven points from safety with four games left, while the victory for the Cherry and Whites keeps their top-six hopes alive.

There is no greater accumulator of tries than Wasps winger Christian Wade. It's 12 in 16 going into today in England's top flight.

Can he add to that today and possibly enter Warren Gatland's thoughts for a trip to New Zealand this summer?

Not only have Wasps won 13 of their 17 Premiership games this season, they have won their last five league matches against Worcester since the Warriors' 29-23 victory at Sixways four years ago. Worcester have not won on Wasps soil since a 6-0 victory at Adams Park on New Year’s Day in 2012.
