Leinster were devastating in the first half. They were slick, put so many phases together. They weren't able to keep the pace and accuracy going in the second half but they built up enough of a cushion to leave Wasps struggling.

Wasps had their moments but they will be disappointed. They didn't fire a shot.

    Leinster 32-17 Wasps

Leinster full-back Joey Carberry, who has been named the man of the match, talking to BT Sport:  "At half-time we said we had to stick to our game plan and that's what we did.

"During the week we knew how tough Wasps would be but we wanted to have a go at them and a few things went our way in the first half."

All over! Leinster move into the Champions Cup semi-finals after a great all-round performance. Wasps didn't show up.

A trip to France awaits for the Irish side - either Clermont or Toulon will be their last-four opponents.

    That should do it!

Fergus McFadden goes over the line, capitalising on Devin Toner's big carry to scoop up and dive over.

And that means Leinster are almost over the line.

Even the usually-cool Johnny Sexton fistpumps after slotting over the extras.

    Leinster 25-17 Wasps

Leinster might as well have a groundsheet and a bag of pegs. They're setting up camp in the Wasps half. Wasps putting in a huge defensive effort and they're holding out. For now...

Phew. A collective sigh of relief from the away side as they win a penalty from a scrum in their own five. Jimmy Gopperth smacks a kick into touch towards the halfway line.

Garry Ringrose has stuck on his dancing shoes. His fancy footwork bring the Dublin crowd to life, as he cuts in from the right flank to skips through a flat-footed Wasps defence.

But Wasps scramble, Christian Wade reading the play to stop what surely would be a game-winning try.

    Leinster 25-17 Wasps

Leinster go through the phases in the Wasps half, Robbie Henshaw carrying hard and straight in an attmept to punch a hole through the Wasps line.

Leinster play patiently, eventually going left. But communication between Garry Ringrose and Isa Nacewa breaks down and the former's pass dribbles into touch.

    Gopperth try, Gopperth con

    Is the comeback on?!

Quite possibly. Wasps claw back another seven points through a moment of magic from Jimmy Gopperth.

The Wasps centre goes direct after a quick sidestep, ploughing through the middle of the Leinster defence before spectacularly twisting over a challenge on the try-line to touch down.

A straight-forward kick puts Wasps within eight points.

    Leinster 25-10 Wasps

More sloppiness from Wasps. The ball squirms out of a scrum in their own 22, putting Elliot Daly under pressure behind his own try-line. A hasty hoof with his size 10 gets his team out of bother.

    Leinster 25-10 Wasps

Danny Cipriani's afternoon is over as Alapati Leiua is summoned. And it has not been a decent shift for the England hopeful to be brutally honest. He's been guilty of trying to overplay and carelessly losing possession.

    Christian Wade

Oh hello! Wasps have hope. Christian Wade sticks on the burners, kicking past a couple of Leinster defenders close to the right touchline, racing around them to score.

No shame in getting skinned by the Wasps winger. He'd give Usain Bolt a decent run.

Jimmy Gopperth steadies himself to accurately add the extras from the touchline.

    Leinster 25-3 Wasps

Dai Young has seen enough. The Wasps boss makes a flurry of changes with fly-half Dan Robson one of the men hooked. He's not happy.

    Johnny Sexton

Wasps number eight Nathan Hughes is adjudged to have committed a boo-boo when the ball pops out of an away scrum. Referee Nigel Owens and his assistant have a good chinwag over the details before deciding to punish Hughes.

Johnny Sexton goes for the stick from a central position about 35 metres out. No mistake.
