Sporty Milo: Not a great performance from Wales today, I've had enough - think I'll do the washing up!

Jon Salinger: I don’t think I’ve watched a poor Welsh side for a while. Just seems to be no appetite to win this match (hopefully won’t bite me in the next 40 mins).

    Is Welsh hope evaporating?

Jack Nowell, on for the injured Anthony Watson, is held up in midfield and Aaron Shingler's knee prises the ball from his grasp.

Knock-on just outside the Wales 22m.

And some fireworks at scrum time.

Rob Evans screws Dan Cole into the floorboards and is quick to lord it over the England front row.

    England 12-3 Wales

England are pinged for not rolling away, Dan Cole having a little kip on the wrong side of the ruck.

Wales hoof down to the England 22m line, but can't make the most of it.

The line-out throw is squint from Ken Owens.

Aaron Shingler is strong into contact for Wales, wading over the gain line.

That hand-off is working like a piston, serving up some palm pie to Owen Farrell.

Jack Nowell has come on for the injured Anthony Watson. It looked like a little hamstring tweak for the Bath wing.

William Wardley: Don't worry Wales fans. Last week Scotland conceded two early tries, then looked the better team for the rest of the first half. When they came out in the second half, it went great!

Small Man Peaky: England’s defence has been relentless. Care’s box kicks have been pinpoint. May’s tracking for his 2nd try was ridiculous. Still nervous.

Oliver Laity: Always far too many penalties given away. England are the better team but are keeping Wales in this!

Tom McCarron: This has been a pure battle - can't wait for the second half. England v Wales is by far the greatest rugby rivalry.

Sian Cleaver: Wales need to stop kicking downfield and start offloading quicker!

Ralph Brooker: Eddie Jones had Rhys Patchell hexed for about 30 mins. The grubber that lead to the try that never was and the simple consequent pen have eased his nerves. England in control though.

Wales lock Cory Hill is leading the tackle count for both sides after 12 hits in the first half.

And Welsh flanker Josh Navidi is once again proving to be a breakdown specialist with two clean snaffles in the first half.

But their hard work isn't showing on the scoreboard...

Former Wales international on BBC Radio 5 live

Wales need to reassess their attacking gameplan at half time. England are winning the aerial battle and have been more clinical when the chances have arisen.

A bit of magic from Farrell and Launchbury made the two tries. Otherwise there's hardly been anything between the two sides.

    Matt Dawson
Former Lions and England scrum-half on BBC Radio 5 live

England have made fewer mistakes than Wales. Their contact skills have been very good in tricky conditions. The likes of Lawes, Launchbury and Itoje are doing some hard yards and not making mistakes.

Therefore, even in the scrappy conditions they're able to play on the front foot. Wales are playing well but they are giving a lot of ball away.
