    Ulster 6-16 Edinburgh

It was debutant Jordi Murphy who was inches away from forcing his way over the try-line. Three - yes, three - Edinburgh defenders dragged him into touch at the corner.

Edinburgh retain the line-out and clear. They want to get into the changing rooms with their 10-point lead intact.

    Ulster 6-16 Edinburgh

Ulster reckon they've snuck over in the corner with two minutes of the half to play...let's see what the replays show

  3. converted try

Converted try Glasgow Warriors 22-0 Munsterpublished at 38 mins

    Stuart Hogg

Hogg nails the conversion. Glasgow are one try short of a bonus point before the interval.

  4. try

Try Glasgow Warriors 20-0 Munsterpublished at 37 mins

    Adam Ashe

Oh dear. JJ Hanrahan has had an absolute howler and gifted Glasgow a third try.

The fly-half, under no real pressure, drops the pass from his scum-half. He had enough time to pick it up or at least stop Glasgow scoring, but he then fumbles it back over his own line, falls over, and can't reach the ball before Adam Ashe.

The Warriors number eight gleefully thunders onto the loose ball and touches down.

  5. Rennie won't be all smilespublished at 36 mins

    Glasgow Warriors 15-0 Munster

    Peter Wright
Former Scotland prop on BBC Radio Scotland

Rennie will have mixed emotions. 15-0 at half-time, you'd have taken that before the game, but with 69% possession, they should be 25 points up. They've had a lot of pressure in the Munster 22. They've managed to score a couple of tries but you worry they've left a couple out there.

  6. Another break in Belfastpublished at 30 mins

    Ulster 6-16 Edinburgh

Jordi Murphy has taken a sore one and is down for several minutes receiving treatment. The debutant is back on his feet, though, and back in the game.

10 minutes to go until the break. Edinburgh attacking.

  7. 'Fifteen points is an understatement'published at 35 mins

    Glasgow Warriors 15-0 Munster

    Colin Gregor
Former Scotland sevens captain on Radio Scotland

From the dominance in territory and possession Glasgow have had, 15 points is an understatement on what the score should be.

Glasgow's forwards are latching on well. It means Munster defenders are having to tackle two bodies. It allows Glasgow to make the half-yard and get on the front foot. Then Adam Hastings weights the kick to perfection and Hogg touches down for the second try. It's quality rugby.

  8. Glasgow are flyingpublished at 33 mins

    Glasgow Warriors 15-0 Munster

Munster can't live with Glasgow right now. The speed of their attacking play, the ferocity and footwork of the carriers...it's mightily impressive stuff from Dave Rennie's men.

  9. converted try

Converted try Glasgow Warriors 15-0 Munsterpublished at 31 mins

  11. try

Try Glasgow Warriors 13-0 Munsterpublished at 30 mins

    Stuart Hogg

Lovely, lovely second try from Glasgow. A sumptuous little grubber kick from Adam Hastings, no more than 10 yards from the try-line, sends Stuart Hogg steaming into the in-goal area and touching down. Brilliant.

  12. Postpublished at 20:07 British Summer Time 7 September 2018

Matt Scott gets pinged at the breakdown and Cooney goes for goal from straight in front of the posts.

Meanwhile, Glasgow are camped in the Munster 22 as their search for a second try gathers pace.

    Ulster 3-16 Edinburgh

Ulster boot a penalty into touch at the corner and come at Edinburgh again...

  14. 'Glasgow patient in attack'published at 25 mins

    Glasgow Warriors 8-0 Munster

    Colin Gregor
Former Scotland sevens captain on Radio Scotland

It's the patience in Glasgow's attack, they keep their hands free and keep the ball alive. Even when they get forced back they gather it again. Then they pick the right option at the end.

  15. Robust Edinburgh on top in Belfastpublished at 25 mins

    Ulster 3-16 Edinburgh

Edinburgh's defence, so far, has been excellent in the face of Ulster's powerful attacking play.

There are signs they're starting to wobble a wee bit, though. There have been a few more penalties conceded in the last few minutes.

    Simon Hickey

And he does just that...third penalty and fourth successful kick from four attempts for Simon Hickey.

  17. Penalty Ulster 3-13 Edinburghpublished at 23 mins

    John Cooney

Ulster off the board. John Cooney pops over the penalty after Bennett is replaced.

The home side conceded a penalty straight from the kick-off, though, and Hickey can immediately negate Cooney's strike.

  18. Postpublished at 24 mins

    Glasgow Warriors 8-0 Munster

Pete Horne can't convert from wide on the right but Glasgow have a two-score lead

  19. try

Try Glasgow Warriors 8-0 Munsterpublished at 23 mins

    Callum Gibbins

Scintillating rugby from Glasgow. Jonny Gray starts the move off with a surging charge into the Munster 22 from a turnover.

It all gets a bit scrappy, a bit loose from that point, but Glasgow regroup. Pete Horne powers towards the whitewash. The Munster defence is creaking. And eventually it breaks. Adam Hastings, involved on several occasions, releases Callum Gibbins to gallop over at the corner.

  20. Glasgow 'destroying' Munster scrumpublished at 22 mins

    Glasgow Warriors 3-0 Munster

    Peter Wright
Former Scotland prop on BBC Radio Scotland

The left side of the Glasgow scrum is absolutely destroying Munster. Kebble-Brown-Fagerson is a very, very strong front-row and they're powerful carriers as well.
