  1. try

Converted try - George Turnerpublished at 20:52 British Summer Time 5 October 2018

    Glasgow Warriors 17-8 Zebre

A lovely try from Glasgow, that's more like it. George Turner emerges with the ball behind the pack near the Zebre line and the 25-year-old goes over in the corner.

Adam Hastings keeps his cool from a tight angle to open up a nine-point lead for the Scottish side.

  2. YELLOW CARD - Zebrepublished at 20:50 British Summer Time 5 October 2018

    Johan Meyer

Strong refereeing at Scotstoun as Johan Meyer is penalised for a high tackle. No hesitation from the officials as Zebre go down to 14 men for 10 minutes.

  3. Underdogs threaten to bitepublished at 20:50 British Summer Time 5 October 2018

It's all getting a bit nervy at both Murrayfield and Scotstoun.

The Scottish sides both lead by only two points with the unfancied visitors threatening to cause a surprise.

  4. Wasteful Warriorspublished at 20:48 British Summer Time 5 October 2018

    Glasgow Warriors 10-8 Zebre

    Andy Burke
    BBC Sport Scotland at Scotstoun

Glasgow have really struggled to impose themselves on Zebre. Tempo is this team's oxygen and it has eluded them so far this evening.

Warriors have not treasured the ball, frequently knocking on, and Zebre have found a way to slow things down at the breakdown.

The worry for Glasgow is their bench is not loaded with game-changers. Niko Matawalu certainly fits the bill, we may see Pete Horne come into the centre, but beyond that......

  5. Penalty - Simon Hickeypublished at 20:44 British Summer Time 5 October 2018

    Edinburgh 23-21 Cheetahs

Cheetahs' lead doesn't last for long and, after they concede a penalty in front of the posts, Simon Hickey accepts the points.

  6. converted try

Converted try - Rabz Maxwanepublished at 20:41 British Summer Time 5 October 2018

    Edinburgh 20-21 Cheetahs

Rabz Maxwane gathers an off-load to break through a couple of tackles to touch down again.

Paul Schoeman puts the conversion through the posts to put Cheetahs ahead for the first time.

Danger signs are well and truly posted for Edinburgh.

  7. Postpublished at 20:40 British Summer Time 5 October 2018

    Edinburgh 20-14 Cheetahs

It's turning into an untidy game at Murrayfield and that will suit Cheetahs.

The South African visitors have certainly taken heart from that fine try straight after the break.

  8. converted try

Converted try - Rabz Maxwanepublished at 20:35 British Summer Time 5 October 2018

    Edinburgh 20-14 Cheetahs

Rabz Maxwane has been Cheetahs' star man and the wing shrugs off a tackle to score in the corner.

Paul Schoeman adds the two points.

  10. Half-time Glasgow Warriors 10-8 Zebrepublished at 20:24 British Summer Time 5 October 2018

A strange first half at Scotstoun. A bright start from Dave Rennie's men but they have allowed Zebre to creep back into proceedings.

Adam Hastings' penalty looked to have given Glasgow a five-point lead at the break, but Marcello Violi made up for his earlier missed kick to narrow the margin to two points.

  13. Half-time Edinburgh 20-7 Cheetahspublished at 20:19 British Summer Time 5 October 2018

Thanks to tries from Ben Toolis and Darcy Graham, playing his first start since February, have Edinburgh in control.

Cheetahs have looked a disjointed side but scored the try of the game so far thanks to a fine run from his own half from Rabz Maxwane that led to the visitors' score from Nico Lee.

  14. converted try

Converted try - Darcy Grahampublished at 20:17 British Summer Time 5 October 2018

    Edinburgh 20-7 Cheetahs

Edinburgh immediately hit back and Darcy Graham grabs the home side's second try and a fine handling move.

Simon Hickey again adds the conversion.

  15. try

Try - Apisai Tauyavucapublished at 20:16 British Summer Time 5 October 2018

    Glasgow Warriors 7-5 Zebre

It has been coming. Zebre have starved Glasgow of possession and, with the scrum just a metre or so away from the line, the imposing figure of Apisai Taugavuca goes over.

However, the conversion comes back off the post.

  16. converted try

Converted try - Nico Leepublished at 20:15 British Summer Time 5 October 2018

    Edinburgh 13-7 Cheetahs

A superb, weaving break by Rabz Maxwane and, although he is held up before the line, he offloads for Nico Lee to score Cheetahs' first try.

It is converted by Paul Shoeman.

  17. Postpublished at 20:07 British Summer Time 5 October 2018

    Glasgow Warriors 7-0 Zebre

Zebra have 62% possession and more than 70% of territory.

Glasgow are not having it all their own way despite that early lead.

  18. Postpublished at 20:06 British Summer Time 5 October 2018

    Edinburgh 13-0 Cheetahs

Magnus Bradley is pulled up for a knock-on as a flowing Edinburgh move comes to a halt 10 metres from the Cheetahs try line.

  19. 'Great technique from Toolis'published at 20:01 British Summer Time 5 October 2018

    Edinburgh 13-0 Cheetahs

    Peter Wright
Former Scotland prop on BBC Radio Scotland

    Quote Message

It's probably the one where you don't think you'll score against the Cheetahs because they're big, strong and physical round the corners. But Ben Toolis shows good technique to get low

  20. converted try

Converted try - Ben Toolispublished at 20:00 British Summer Time 5 October 2018

    Edinburgh 13-0 Cheetahs

Edinburgh are camped on the Cheetahs try line and Ben Toolis emerges from the pile of bodies to inch over the line.
