Nope, hard lines Elliot Dee. "No compelling evidence to overturn your call," is the word from upstairs.

    Scrum five instead.

Penalty Wales. Will Dan Biggar go for the posts from distance? No, he opts for the corner and finds it five metres from the line.

Now the Welsh maul goes rolling forward off the line-out, Elliot Dee hits the turf, but was there a Tongan body underneath the ball?

    The on-field decision is 'no-try'.

Wonderful dummy from Dan Biggar and then a superb little chip into the corner for Steff Evans to take at speed and slide almost simultaneously over the line.

    Lovely stuff.

    Biggar knocks over the extras.

Tonga were calling out for a bit of flair, well they got it there... anyone else find an intercept try remarkably satisfying? Probably not on this occasion if you're Welsh...

But hang on. It's try time Wales!

Steff Evans is in... is he? TMO here we go.

Sione Vailanu takes a superb intercept off Tomos Williams' pass from a Welsh line-out and sprints free, arm in the air celebrating, to cross from inside his own half.

Tonga, from 21-3 down, are now all square.

The first 20 was the best we've seen Wales start against a Tier Two nation, but Tonga got right back into it. They were so dominant, very physical and it worked for them.

Tonga are more renowned for their open play, their flair. But this is very direct, that pick and drive, very steady and safe. They have got the discipline not to get penalised.

Started to look up Wales' record score against Tonga after the stunning start with three tries inside 12 minutes and a 24-3 lead.

Tonga might have been overawed at the start but their power game really battered Wales into submission in the second half of the first period.

Now the visitors will believe they have a chance of a first ever win over Wales who must try and gain some possession and territory.
