Powerful backs Joe Cokanasiga and Ben Te'o both start while prop Ellis Genge, lock Joe Launchbury and flanker Brad Shields all come into the pack.
Replacements:16-Cowan-Dickie, 17-Moon, 18-Cole, 19-Hughes, 20-Wilson, 21-Robson, 22-Ford, 23-Slade.

Two years ago, Italy turned up at Twickenham and played a tactical joker that had Dylan Hartley and James Haskell scrabbling through the sub-sections of the game's smallprint.
Eddie Jones compared their 'no-ruck' tactic that helped the visitors to a 10-5 half-time lead to Trevor Chappell's infamous under-arm delivery in a Trans-Tasman one-dayer in 1981.
There will be no exact repeat today - the laws have been tweaked to close that loophole - but Italy might still have something up their sleeve.
