For the first time in the opening 20 minutes, Scotland are able to go through the phases and retain possession.

But England are off the line so quick, they are unable to make many yards and Finn Russell is forced to kick long.

I said five minutes ago it was the worst possible start for Scotland and it has got worse.

Three attacks, three tries, three conversions.

You can't get worse than that.

Better by Scotland who start to show some confidence with ball in hand before Finn Russell takes a huge hit from George Kruis.

England turn over the ball and try to exploit Scotland's defence out wide, but they are run into touch and the visitors have the throw at the line-out.

It is too easy. You have to say the Scottish defence has got to be better but you also have to admire the offloading, the angle of run and the support lines from England. England are in total coordination with each other.

It's raining tries at Twickenham and Joe Launchbury powers over from close range.

This time England use Manu Tuilagi as a ball carrier in midfield, but the England centre takes three men to haul him to the ground.

The ball is moved wide and the second-row glides over.

Owen Farrell drills over the extras.

There was no stopping that from England. The first thing that springs to mind is what are you doing showing that move?!

    Keep it in your locker!

England kick for the corner and the drive comes on from the line-out.

That man Tom Curry is at the back of the maul to ground the ball and the hosts continue to dominate.

Owen Farrell makes no mistake from the tee.

Tom Curry has had an exceptional tournament and he turns over the ball on the ground for England once more.

Time for another backs' move perhaps?

The visitors' midfield were sucked in by Manu Tuilagi's dummy run there, and it allowed Henry Slade to get outside the 13 channel.

It's a well worked try by England.

That was precise and accurate. The dummy was superb. Scotland were chasing shadows. England made it look easy but that was complex and very well executed.

    Jack Nowell (con Farrell)

It's taken 66 seconds and England are on the board with a well worked try, finished off by Jack Nowell.

Scotland look for touch but Billy Vunipola collects the ball before it's recycled and thrown wide. Henry Slade finds Nowell on the wing and the Exeter man cuts back against the traffic to dot down.

Some start by England, and Owen Farrell kicks the conversion.

I'd like to see a bit more fight in Scotland, for it to matter more. In rugby, your physical performance has to be matched with your mental performance. I've not quite seen that emotional edge.
