I've been impressed by England. They are so much stronger than other sides and are a step above everybody else.

England have more in the tank, they need to cut down the error count, and I would like to see more of the play come through Zoe Harrison's hands alongside Katy Daley-Mclean as a play-making partnership.

  4. 'We want the Grand Slam'published at 14:21 Greenwich Mean Time 24 February 2019

    FT: Wales 12-51 England

England prop, and player of the match Sarah Bern, told Sky Sports: "We definitely want to achieve the Grand Slam, but Italy played very well yesterday so we are taking each game as it comes."

England surpass 50 points for the second time this year as they move back to the top of the table.

The Grand Slam is very much still on...

    Katy Daley-Mclean

Just as Wales did at the other end, England go through the phases before Katy Daley-Mclean caps off an impressive performance with the visitor's ninth try from five yards out.

As we enter the final minute, England have the ball back as they prepare for a line-out just inside the Welsh 22.

    Cerys Hale

The Welsh pick and go tirelessly but they initially struggle to make any inroads.

After 28 phases, Wales are rewarded for their perseverance and replacement prop Cerys Hale claims the try near the posts.

The two points are added from the conversion.

    Wales 5-46 England

It's not pretty but the hosts win their own line-out. The ball is moved in-field by the forward pack but the English line are standing firm.

Now then, Wales have a chance to add a second try with a line-out on the English five-metre line.

Can they retain the ball and put the squeeze on?

England have got their power runners on and are looking for the extra points to finish off the match. They have such depth and experience on the bench whereas Wales have not got that.

    Sarah Beckett

It's a first international try for England flanker Sarah Beckett and the Red Roses continue to dominate in the sunshine.

The Welsh defence has been much improved in the second half, but they go missing as Beckett strolls through to dot down under the posts.

Zoe Harrison kicks the two points.

    Wales 5-39 England

England clearly have a plan in place to produce ball-playing prop forwads.

Shaunagh Brown picks up where Sarah Bern left off and she powers through the Welsh line from inside her own half.

The Harlequins prop gains 20 yards for the visitors, but Katy Daley-Mclean takes here eye off the ball and England lose possession.

Dow's got to be happy with that on her first start during this year's Six Nations.

Abbie Dow put in some great fend-offs. There's nothing better than when you pass to a winger and watch them go like that.

It's a great finish, she's got a lot to offer with her pace and is so dangerous with ball in hand.

    Abigail Dow

The ball is back in England hands and Katy Daley-Mclean shows and goes before passing to Abigail Dow, and the winger does the rest.

She brushes off three defenders with a strong fend off the left hand to score England's seventh try.

    Catherine O'Donnell

It's taken 20 minutes, but finally we have the first points of the second-half.

The England forwards show good patience before Catherine O'Donnell powers over from close range.

The try is met with some pushing and shoving on both sides, but calm is quickly restored.

Feels a bit harsh taking Sarah Bern off after that. She was so close to a hat-trick!
