There was a sense of inevitability there during the 17 phases, they were just making half a yard with every phase, just like with Glasgow's try

Converted Try- Glasgow 10-12 Leinsterpublished at 27 mins

    Cian Healy

    Vintage Leinster.

The champions are so good at keeping hold of the ball. They batter through 17 phases and Ireland prop Cian Healy is the man to eventually breach the Warriors' defence.

Johnny Sexton converts and Leinster lead.

Fraser Brown is a real leader in that pack, a tough guy, throws himself into tackles, ball carries - hopefully young Stewart can rise to the occasion and get himself involved in the game

  5. Brown limps offpublished at 19:04 British Summer Time 25 May 2019

    Glasgow 10-5 Leinster

Concern for Glasgow as Fraser Brown is stretchered off. Looks like he's caught his ankle while competing for the ball at a ruck. Grant Stewart is coming on for the Warriors.

Concern too, for the watching Scotland head coach Gregor Townsend.

  6. Warriors hit backpublished at 19:02 British Summer Time 25 May 2019

    Glasgow 10-5 Leinster

    Andy Burke
BBC Scotland rugby reporter at Celtic Park

Glasgow will feel they should maybe have taken seven rather than three points from that last attack, but the response to Leinster’s try was impressive all the same.

That Garry Ringrose try sucked the life out the Warriors fans who were still celebrating Matt Fagerson’s opener, but the Glasgow flags are flying again after that penalty from Adam Hastings.

What great defence from Leinster, particularly the tackle on Van der Merwe

    Easy kick for Glasgow's fly-half.

    Glasgow 7-5 Leinster

We go back for the penalty for offside in front of the posts after Glasgow's forwards toil to get over the line. Hastings is lining up the kick.

That all came from Kyle Steyn's superb break. He passed to DTH Van der Merwe who was well tackled just inches from the line.

Glasgow are metres out again after Kyle Steyn's superb break...

Glasgow go left to Hogg who's a right-footed kicker which means it's easier to charge down, he should have been at the other side of the ruck.

  14. try

Try- Glasgow 7-5 Leinsterpublished at 15 mins

    Garry Ringrose

    Well then...

Stuart Hogg's clearing kick is charged down by Ringrose and the Ireland centre touches down over the whitewash. Brilliant response from the champions.

Johnny Sexton's conversion from out wide just misses.

  15. converted try

Converted try- Glasgow 7-0 Leinsterpublished at 14 mins

    Matt Fagerson

That was all the work of the big men! Scott Cummings makes a short dart for the line and is stopped short, but number eight Fagerson immediately picks up and dives over.

Hastings adds the extras. Great patience by Glasgow.

  17. Postpublished at 12 mins

Leinster build ominously but the ball is dropped and Glasgow's Tommy Seymour races through! He's well tackled by Garry Ringrose and eventually Adam Hastings stabs a kick into the Leinster 22.

  18. Leinster trying to take the sting out of the gamepublished at 18:46 British Summer Time 25 May 2019

    Quote Message

Leinster are a team that like to keep the ball, they have the lowest kicking stats, but already they've kicked the ball a lot - I think they're trying to take the sting out of the game

    Glasgow 0-0 Leinster

No yellow card given. Tight call, the TMO judges Fraser Brown was going for the ball. Penalty only.

  20. Postpublished at 11 mins

    Glasgow 0-0 Leinster

Penalty Leinster, Fraser Brown has been pinged for a hit off the ball on Luke McGrath. The Glasgow hooker needs to calm down a bit, that's a second penalty he's given away.

The TMO is having a look.
