I can't help thinking that the turnaround of four days after a huge match against Australia must have had a significant impact on their players.

They looked a little bit off and as the game kept going the pressure mounted and it became too much.

Uruguay played tactically the most astute game out of the the two teams today, Fiji constantly did not leverage their strengths one bit.

Every time the Fijians made an error it gave Uruguay another leg.

    It's phenomenal for Uruguayan rugby.

What a game that was and the crowd in Kamaishi were treated to a phenomenal World Cup upset there.

That's just Uruguay's third win in World Cup history and by far their biggest with no disrespect to Spain and Georgia.

Fiji take two bonus points from it, but their quarter-final hopes are as good as gone...

    What have Fiji done?

Huge chance missed to get another try and set this up.

Nikola Matawalu was through and clear but his passing option to Josh Matavesi is spilled.

He was on the 22 and in, but again it's a knock-on.
