Japan 0-5 South Africa
Just under three minutes left in the bin for Tendai Mtawarira. South Africa will happily eat away at the clock until they're back up to 15.

Kotaro Matsushima v Makazole Mapimpi is everything. My favourite head-to-head of this World Cup so far.
Japan 0-5 South Africa
Japan have the numbers and are looking to capitalise at every opportunity - breathless stuff, but again the hosts lose it forward. They're playing some fantastic rugby, just can't quite find the breakthrough.

Vermeulen has saved a certain try for me there. If you keep bringing those hits and stopping them dead, that's going to be tough to go against.

The handling to get the ball out to the left wing and put Fukuoka away, extraordinary. But when the hits come in as hard as the Vermeulen one did there, there will always be an opportunity to get in and compete for the ball.
Japan 0-5 South Africa
What defence from South Africa, dishing out big hits like a heavyweight title fight and earning a penalty on their own line. Frustration on the Japanese faces.
Japan 0-5 South Africa
Slick, slick hands from the Brave Blossoms and Kenki Fukuoka goes motoring away down the line - legs twitching at the speed of light.
The Japan wing is felled and can't quite make the offload, but the hosts keep it alive and the Tokyo Stadium is absolutely roaring.
Still they pile forward through the phases, huge moment for the home nation...

They've got to open the game up and get it free-flowing. That's where Japan can get in to it. They need to make this man advantage count and get some points.

Superb leap and take from Kotaro Matsushima - what a World Cup he's having. But again Japan come up against a green and gold wall.
The hosts look to switch play with a mountainous cross-field kick and Michael Leitch is the man underneath it.
He crashes into Willie Le Roux mid-flight and the South Africa full-back spills it forward.

Steven Kitshoff is on for the Springboks to make up the numbers in the pack.

The home crowd certainly wanted to see red for that dangerous tackle. As it is, their side have 10 minutes to make their numerical advantage count.

Not quite Vahaamahina levels of foolishness, but getting close to it.

I've seen reds given for that, I won't lie, it's dangerous. He doesn't give up the tackle - he tips and drives him as well which is the danger factor. They're down to 14 men and Japan will exploit that space.

Ouchy.
A little tasty from Tendai Mtawarira - the giant prop dumps opposite number Keita Inagaki on his neck/shoulder? He's apologising and is perhaps lucky that's yellow.
Japan 0-5 South Africa
The result of all that is a Springboks scrum on halfway. The last one ended in a try...

No drama. Labuschagne is back up to big cheers from the crowd.

Good recovery in the end from Japan. They were mauled for 20 metres and then South Africa broke wide. It was a good covering tackle but it looked like they were going to get outmuscled through the midfield.

Japan flanker Lappies Labuschagne is down on the ground rolling around in pain. He's a big leader for the side. This is not what they need.
Japan 0-5 South Africa
A rolling maul that gobbles up yardage from that huge South African pack drags in Japanese defenders and leaves space for Makazole Mapimpi out wide, and the try-scorer goes pacing forward once more.
Japan wrestle it back, grubber through the broken line and then there's a meaty collision as two players from each side look to pounce on it.
This is frantic.
Japan 0-5 South Africa
That was an immediate example of South Africa's game-plan - looking to out-muscle the slighter Japan team.
One man with plenty of punch to his play is Michael Leitch and there's a huge chorus of "Leitchhhh" as he thuds into a green jersey.
