This is so intense. The tiniest of mistakes are being capitalised on. It's magnificent to see both teams on such good form.

    England 7-0 New Zealand

    Andrew Mehrtens
Former New Zealand fly-half on BBC Radio 5 Live

Tuilagi saw that intercept coming a long way off, but the All Blacks will know there's an opportunity there - they were looking fort that space. They're going to start reacting and punching those holes. They'll be responding to everything England are doing in defence.

Andy Thomas: 70 minutes to go ... let's hope my heart rate can manage this game's tempo

Alex Stott: In flight WiFi is good enough for radio! Body clock says it's 1AM but well worth it for that first try

Joseph Walker: calling it now, England scored within two minutes, that means they're gonna lose in the long run

The crowd seemed as relieved as George Ford when the England fly-half caught the ball then.

This has been such a frantic start and the spectators are exhausted I think!

    Interception!

Manu Tuilagi nicks the ball as Beauden Barrett throws a pass blind and he offloads to Jonny May...

Can he make the corner? No, New Zealand's cover snuffs him out before the burners can fully ignite.

    What a start.

Jack Goodhue does superbly as he gathers a kick on his own line and tip-toes into space.

Abdul Karim: Wow, Try already. Get in!! This is going to be a cracker folks!

    All England.

George Ford strips the ball in a tackle to effect the turnover and the men in white are knocking on the door again.

They have to make hay though. England led 15-0 against the All Blacks after a similar blitz start in the autumn and it was not enough to win.

    Pile on now.

    Andrew Mehrtens

It was an extraordinary start. We knew England was capable of this sort of play. Wonderful. It all boils down to taking the initiative away from the All Blacks and they certainly did that off the first set phase.

Converted try - England 7-0 New Zealandpublished at 2 mins

    Manu Tuilagi (con Farrell)

98 seconds and New Zealand have barely touched the ball!

It has been an immaculate, ferocious start from England! Brilliant basketball style offloads from both Kyle Sinckler and Courtney Lawes.

New Zealand try and stop the momentum but it is like catching smoke in a net.

Two metres short and Manu Tuilagi gets his head down and piledrives through the remnants of the defence.
