Exeter 16-14 Harlequins
Exeter are pushing and pushing but Quins are defending well. Just two points in it at Sandy Park...
Grayson
The lead changes hands again in this topsy turvy game.
The ball is knocked-on by Saracens then played on the ground, allowing Saints an instant opportunity to go back in front.
Grayson is coolness personified as he knocks the penalty over the posts.
Sale 13-15 Gloucester
Now Billy Twelvetrees DOES give Gloucester the lead from the tee. The Cherry and White have fought back from 13-0 down to lead.
Spencer
Side entry from Tom Wood brings another penalty opportunity for Spencer and his trusty boot.
He gobbles up the opportunity and Saracens take the lead.
The home side certainly seem to have the momentum at present and Saints need to arrest their charge if they are going to claim a famous victory.
Sale 13-12 Gloucester
Gloucester have a second try in quick succession and it's 'game on' at the AJ Bell, but they're not in front because the conversion is missed from a tight angle.
The Cherry and Whites also miss out on three points from a penalty moments later.
But Tom Marshall's score in the corner has this game on a knife-edge.
Spencer
Spencer bisects the posts to put the home side within two points.
It's tight and tense out there now.
Which way is this one going?
Saracens 16 - 21 Northampton
Great defensive set for Saints.
Saracens go back to basics with some hard running from Nick Tompkins and Ben Earl but after going through their most phases in the game so far, there's a turnover.
But the Saints clearance isn't effective and Saracens come again.
A penalty ensues and Sarries go for the posts.
Exeter 13-14 Harlequins
Marcus Smith's penalty has put Quins back in front at Sandy Park.
What an opening weekend we're seeing!
Sale 13-7 Gloucester
That's more like it from Gloucester, as Danny Cipriani's excellent kick helps them work towards their first try, with Mark Atkinson finishing the move off.
Billy Twelvetrees kicks the conversion, so the Cherry and Whites are right back in this one.
Saracens 16 - 21 Northampton
The ball changes hands several times and it's all become a bit frantic.
Helter skelter rugby but Saints remain five points ahead with under half an hour to go.
Sale 13-0 Gloucester; Worcester 15-16 Leicester
Sale have edged further ahead of Gloucester, while Tom Hardwick's boot has nudged Tigers a point in front of Worcester.
Try! Or is it?
Naiyaravoro is an absolute beast on the Saints wing and he busts through Saracens tackles before offloading to Furbank who scores the bonus point try - but is it forward?
Unfortunately for Saints fans, the offload is clearly forward so the try is chalked off.
However, its not all bad news, as a high tackle gives Saints a penalty.
As you were.
Sale 10-0 Gloucester
Gloucester, who finished third last term, are still being frustrated by Sale.
Saracens 16 - 21 Northampton
It really is all action out there.
Saints full-back George Furbank chases a kick poked through the Saracens defence.
It appears as though Alex Goode has it covered but he misses is to everyone's surprise - including Furbank who fumbles the ball with the line at his mercy.
Difficult ball to take but he'll be no doubt kicking himself to pass the opportunity up.
We're under way for the second half and its Saints who take the restart and show great ambition once again to make a break upfield before an error gives Saracens possession.

What an end to the half for Saints as they run in two quick tries to go in ahead at the break.
Sarries looked to be in control early on with Ben Spencer's boot doing the damage and Matt Gallagher's try stretching the lead out to nine with just ten minutes to go before half-time.
But a couple of great tries, the first involving a lovely turning finish from Rory Hutchinson, and the second a great counter attacking score, has left the Saints fans loving life at Allianz Park this afternoon.
A corker of a first half to open the season. Can Saints hang on and claim a big away win?
