The steely grimace on her face tells us she isn't planning to let that spoil a start for her country.

Italy's defence are flying up and putting pressure on England and there are quite a few counter-rucks going in to try to put pressure on England's young number nine Claudia MacDonald.

Almost as soon as that Italian attack started, it ended with that misdemeanour. Now back to defensive duties for the hosts...

Now they have the chance to build up some pressure on England. A kick upfield is dealt with by Ellie Kildunne before an over zealous home players goes over the ruck to knock the ball from Claudia MacDonald's hand. That is just not rugby.
