  1. try

Converted try - Wales 16-35 New Zealandpublished at 64 minutes

    Dalton Papalii

Naive indeed. From the back of New Zealand's lineout, flanker Dalton Papalii peels away, breaks a tackle from Tomos Williams and reaches over the line.

Jordie Barrett converts and the All Blacks crush Welsh hopes of a comeback.

    Wales 16-28 New Zealand

Naive from Wales. Moments after scoring that try, they concede a penalty inside their own half.

All Blacks kick to the corner and, from the resultant lineout, they earn another penalty.

They kick to touch again. Wales are on the back foot again, just as it looked like they were back in the game.

Everything Rhys Priestland has done has had an impact. It's great to see him with so much confidence, he rarely gets his decision-making wrong.

Rhys Priestland has changed this game. A perfect kick for Johnny Williams to finish it off. That is what Wales can do when they get the lineout right!

  5. try

Converted try - Wales 16-28 New Zealandpublished at 61 mins

    Johnny Williams

Wales try to get a maul going but New Zealand stop it, albeit illegally so they are playing with penalty advantage.

Knowing it's a free play, Rhys Priestland stabs a kick behind the All Blacks defence and centre Johnny Williams pounces to score.

The cheer from the capacity crowd here is huge!

Priestland then converts in front of the posts.

Wales have got 19 minutes left. They couldn't, could they?

If Wales are going to get a lineout right, now would be a good time.

They are five metres from the New Zealand try line.

    Wales 9-28 New Zealand

Wales try to work the ball wide in the New Zealand 22 but a loose pass from Tomos Williams is pounced on by Nepo Laulala and the All Blacks clear.

Back come Wales. They've got the ball but it's only midway through the New Zealand half now.

The attack isn't going anywhere fast, but they have a penalty which Rhys Priestland kicks to the corner.

The space was wide open for Will Jordan. His kick over the top was wonderful to watch, though. What a young talent he is.

    Wales 9-28 New Zealand

Props Rhys Carre and Dillon Lewis are on for Wales, replacing Wyn Jones and Tomas Francis.

Their first job is to navigate a Wales scrum just outside the New Zealand 22.

Wales do all that work to get the ball and then kick it straight back. That was poor from Tomos Williams. I can't understand his thinking.

  12. try

Converted ty - Wales 9-28 New Zealandpublished at 54 mins

    Will Jordan

    What a brilliant try!

The All Blacks are instantly on the attack after Wales' penalty and, despite repelling the first wave of black shirts, the home side are powerless to stop Will Jordan.

The New Zealand wing speeds down the right wing, chips over the covering defence, steps on the gas and touches down for a marvellous individual score.

Jordie Barrett converts from out wide and that feels like it might be game over.

That was a lovely passage of play for Wales. It's the only time we've really seen them with a spark in the game so far, but the ball has just slowed down and cost them that momentum.

  15. Penalty - Wales 9-21 New Zealandpublished at 52 mins

    Rhys Priestland

It's a simple kick for Rhys Priestland and Wales have their first points of the first half.

That was Wales' best attacking spell of the match, but they'll need to score a try if they're going to stand a chance. Penalties aren't enough against this All Blacks side.

    Wales 6-21 New Zealand

Back come Wales, with Owen Lane soaring through the night sky to claim a high ball.

The crowd are on their feet as Wales work the ball into the All Blacks' 22, with Tomos Williams dazzling with his fancy footwork.

The attack eventually breaks down but Wales will come back for a penalty just outside the 22.

    Wales 6-21 New Zealand

Nepo Laulala is back on for New Zealand following his sin-binning, so the All Blacks are back to a full eight in the scrum.

Wales secure possession and their forwards take it in turns to carry against a black wall of tacklers.

There's no way through, the All Blacks steal possession and Beauden Barrett clears.

You can really see how lack of game time has affected Gareth Anscombe. This replacement is a good move.
