The amateur point is huge. It's Canada still trying to raise the intensity. Fitness does not seem to be an issue at all. We thought they might struggle at 60 minutes against a professional side but that's not the case.

It's really tight now - we're starting to get a little bit nervous because we're not used to seeing England in a game like this.

England need to take the next points and get back control. I thought Canada would be running out of steam by now but that score will have really lifted them.

We have a four-point game! Just over 10 minutes to go. England win a quick penalty.

Still Canada work away at the white wall. Such an impressive display this from the amateur side. But England are closing in on a 30th win in a row and a place in the World Cup final.

Here come Canada again though, great break from Tyson Beukeboom...

England are back up to 15 as Vickii Cornborough returns from the sin bin. Well managed. Canada force seven more phases of heavy pressure but England's defence stands strong and wins the ball back.

Last week we had some standout individual performances but this week the likes of Marlie Packer and Emily Scarratt have been a bit quieter.

It's the try of the match, possibly the tournament, maybe the year?
