Here at Sandy Park I've just been handed a copy of the rules for any kicking competition that might happen should either semi-final end level both in terms of scores and tries scored after extra time.

Essentially, three kickers per side, six positions to kick from and two kicks per player.

If it's still even, sudden death from the 40m line in a central position.

If the scores remain equal after this period of extra time then the winner will be the team which has scored the most tries in the game (including extra time). Bristol have 4, Quins 5

Finally play does stop for a knock-on and Jack Kenningham can get some much-needed treatment.

Meanwhile players get the chance to try and alleviate the cramp and stiff legs before we get restarted.

Oh my word - it's a sevens match all of a sudden as the ball keeps on being recycled in open play and nobody wants to stop for the scrum penalty.

Incredible work-rate this from both sides.

It's all out in the open again though as possession changes hands a couple of times amind what looks like a nasty head injury for Jack Kenningham the Quins flanker.

The first separating factor if we're all square after extra time is numbers of tries scored.

Quins currently ahead by five tries to four on that count, but Callum Sheedy has a shot at goal to get them back ahead.
