Munster 6-5 Exeter (agg 14-18)
Sloppy errors from both sides so far in this one.
This time it's Mike Haley filling in at scrum half in the temporary absence of Conor Murray, who rolls the ball back into his 22 at the back of the ruck before kicking into touch, so it's an Exeter lineout.
Joey Carbery
Just left of the posts and inside the 22, easy stuff for Carbery.
Munster cut their aggregate deficit to four.
Munster 3-5 Exeter (agg 11-18)
Great response from Munster who are gifted territory when Stuart Hogg returns the restart beyond the dead ball line giving the hosts a scrum on the 10m line.
Jack O'Donoghue carries hard as Munster crash forward before Carbery tries to send a deft kick in behind. It comes to nothing but he knew he had an advantage, and now has the chance for three more points.
Sam Maunder
Sam Maunder is over for the Chiefs!
With no advantage on the referee comes back for the penalty, and Maunder backs himself with a quick tap. It's one of those that if it goes wrong you look foolish, but if it goes right you're a genius.
In this case it's the latter, and to add to Munster's misery they will play the next 10 minutes with 14 men as Conor Murray is in the sin-bin for tackling his opposite number having not been 10m away.
It's a bit blustery in Limerick and that players a factor as Joe Simmonds pushes his conversion wide.
Munster 3-0 Exeter (agg 11-13)
Munster make an absolute mess of a lineout on their own 5m line and cough up a penalty. The Chiefs knocking on the door now and are playing with an advantage.
Munster 3-0 Exeter (agg 11-13)
A lovely interchange from Stuart Hogg and Tom O'Flaherty sees Exeter make serious metres on the left before Hogg opts for a chip-and-chase.
Damian de Allende is alert to it though and takes a great catch in the air, remembering to call a mark in the process.
Joey Carbery
Jacques Vermeulen is pinged for going in at the side which gives Joey Carbery the chance to kick the first points of the day.
It's just beyond the 10m line and not a particularly pretty connection but it does the job.
Munster 0-0 Exeter (agg 8-13)
A really bright start from the Chiefs as they look to use the full width of the pitch with some pretty passing before Jacques Vermeulen turns to brute force to make a big carry down the middle as the visitors edge towards Munster's five metre line.
But who's that latching over the top? Why it's Munster's tone-setter-in-chief of course, Peter O'Mahony.
Cue cheers.
Munster 0-0 Exeter (agg 8-13)
And we're underway in Limerick as Munster gather the kick-off and allow Conor Murray to send a box kick into touch on halfway.
Munster v Exeter (15:00 BST)
A full house at Thomond generating quite the noise as the hosts follow the visitors out of the tunnel.
A reminder that the winners of this tie will meet either Ulster or Toulouse in the last eight, with those sides set to do battle in Belfast tonight.
Munster v Exeter (15:00 BST)
A reminder of how the teams line up. Ireland internationals Peter O'Mahony, Joey Carbery, Simon Zebo and John Ryan are back for Munster having missed the first leg.
Sam Simmonds misses out for the Chiefs as Jannes Kirsten comes in to the back row.

Munster v Exeter (15:00 BST)
Well, well. The last 16 has delivered so far, hasn't it?
Three teams into the quarter-finals, two of those securing their place with a one-score aggregate win - and in the case of Montpellier a one-point aggregate win.
Incredible drama already this weekend and the promise of plenty more to come.
All eyes now on Thomond Park where tie number four is very much in the balance.
Exeter have a five-point lead after their 13-8 win at Sandy Park last week, but with home advantage Munster will be backing themselves to overturn the deficit today.
