    FT: Edinburgh 31-20 Castres

Edinburgh flanker Luke Crosbie has been awarded the player of the match award, and has been giving his thoughts to BT Sport.

"It was great," he said. "We wanted to build on what we did well against Saracens and it was a good win for the boys.

"You have to pitch up physically against the French sides, and I thought we did that.

"We've got a couple of big games against our friends over the M8, so we'll build on this and try to keep it going."

    Ben Vellacott

The TMO sees nothing wrong with that, and the hosts have a bonus point try!

Chris Dean was just about onside from the original kick through, and then Martin Laveau makes a right meal of it, missing the ball entirely as he tried to touch down behind his own line.

Ben Vellacott makes no such mistake, and the try is good.

You'll see fewer spillages in the pubs of Edinburgh tonight than we've seen in this game. It really is desperately scrappy stuff.

And that's the way Castres want it. The home crowd are willing their team to step it up, and you sense if Edinburgh get the next score the French challenge could start to fade.
