La Rochelle v Gloucester (17:30 BST)
Gloucester head coach George Skivington, speaking to BT Sport:
"We're not underestimating what's coming. They had a great season last year, have had a great time in this tournament for a couple of years now and they don't lose very often here. The task in front of us is huge but we've prepared well and we'll rip into it."
La Rochelle forwards coach Donnacha Ryan:
"We've got a new group of players this year compared to last year, they're still growing as a group, but we took a lot of confidence from qualifying in the way that we did. In the Champions Cup, you can't underestimate the opposition. Cup rugby brings out the best in players and hopefully today we can see the best in our guys."

FT: Stormers 32-28 Harlequins
Stormers forward and player of the match Deon Fourie, speaking to BT Sport:
"Quins are a quality side, we let it slip a bit at the end, but we got the win. In the knockouts if you win by one or by 20, you just have to go through.
"[Our defence] is our foundation, we attack from our defence and I think we did well except for the last 10 minutes. We'll look at the game again afterwards and see where we can improve."
Stormers 32-28 Harlequins
A game with a cracking opening and an entertaining finale comes to an end, but the upshot is that Stormers go through at the expense of a spirited Harlequins.
Stormers 32-28 Harlequins
Winger Joe Marchant goes over out wide deep into the red zone!
Marcus Smith lands the conversion, and then the referee blows for the end after a breathless last few minutes.
Stormers 32-21 Harlequins
Credit to the away side for their stickability late on, on a hot and testing afternoon.
Stormers 32-21 Harlequins
And another!
Quins exchange a few passes and Andre Esterhuizen runs in from the 22 to dot down for a try, converted by Marcus Smith.
Stormers 32-14 Harlequins
A nice riposte!
Marcus Smith flips a long pass out to Oscar Beard on the touchline, he flicks into Alex Dombrandt and the number eight crashes over for his second try. Smith then lands a hard conversion from out wide.
Stormers 32-7 Harlequins
Lineout, rumble, bundle over. Simple, beautiful, classic.
And Manie Libbok has found his kicking boots, making a difficult kick from the touchline look oh, so simple.
Stormers 25-7 Harlequins
There's a scuffle in the Harlequins 22, and from the penalty Manie Libbok kicks to the corner.
Stormers 25-7 Harlequins
Ugo Monye has just informed viewers on BT Sport that Harlequins have had 69% possession - but they have nothing to show for it, telling you how good the Stormers' defence has been.
Stormers 25-7 Harlequins
Agh! Harlequins centre Andre Esterhuizen fumbles the ball with the line at his mercy, then he angrily hoofs it into the stands.
Stormers 25-7 Harlequins
Fair play to Quins, they have spent a few minutes in the opposition's half. Marcus Smith then tries a cute kick but Damian Willemse collects it easily to ease the pressure.
Stormers 25-7 Harlequins
Valiant stuff from Harlequins as they try to bust through the Stormers defence, but there is no way through. Marcus Smith looks disconsolate, it is beginning to look like it won't be their day.
