It's easy to say in hindsight but Glasgow have lost two tries from their own lineout and they've got Richie Gray, the best lineout man in Europe, on the bench.
I would make the change now.

Glasgow are into the Toulon 22 for the first time tonight.
Need to make something happen here...

It's poor defence from Glasgow Warriors. They lose their own lineout again and then Kyle Steyn flies up out the line and invites Toulon to go through a hole.
They get stopped short and it's poor, the first guard at the ruck buys the dummy.
Baptiste Serin
Men against boys.
Waisea Vuidravuwalu blasts his way through a hole, and looks favourite to make it to the Glasgow line. He is hauled down just short, but Baptiste Serin gets quick ball and snipes round the corner to score his second, and Toulon's third try.
The conversion sails through, and it will take the most remarkable of comebacks now.
Glasgow 0-14 Toulon
Dan Biggar's game is done.
The Welsh fly-half has failed an HIA and will play no further part in this final. Ihaia West, who replaced Biggar following his early head knock, will remain at fly-half for Toulon.
Sergio Parisse
This could get very ugly for Glasgow.
Sergio Parisse crashes his way over from close range - a dream moment for the retiring 39-year-old.
Huw Jones was powerless to stop the big man on his own.
Baptiste Serin knocks over the simplest of conversions, and Glasgow now have a mountain to climb.
Glasgow 0-7 Toulon
Ominous signs for Glasgow, as Toulon make their way into the Warriors 22 again, with Baptiste Serin proving evasive once more.
Thankfully for Glasgow, Domingo Miotti clears after a knock-on, but the ball will come thundering back...
Glasgow 0-7 Toulon
Toulon win a penalty from the first scrum of the game, and Zander Fagerson shakes his head.
Not sure he's got much of a case though, the Scotland prop.
Glasgow 0-7 Toulon
Pushed wide from around 40m out.
That's the first thing that's gone right for Glasgow. They just need to build some phases and work their way into the game.
They've had very little possession, and next to no territory so far.

A knock-on here, a penalty for offside there which could've cost them three points.
The little things you need to get right, Glasgow are getting wrong so far.
Glasgow 0-7 Toulon
Glasgow look a little rattled here.
They give away a soft offside penalty now, and Baptiste Serin calls for his kicking tee.

Outrageous from Serin. That is world class. The grubber kick only goes two or three metres, that's the only gap there is. It means Ollie Smith in the back field can't get over to it quickly enough.
Baptiste Serin
A dream start for Toulon, a nightmare one for Glasgow.
It's a piece of sheer brilliance from Baptiste Serin, who goes himself from the back of a ruck, drops a little grubber kick in behind which he gathers himself, and holds off Ollie Smith to score.
He converts his own try after a quick TMO check on the grounding.
Glasgow 0-0 Toulon
We are off...
Glasgow Warriors v Toulon (20:00 BST)
The players are out in Dublin.
Glasgow in their light blue change strip, Toulon in all black.
The match ball is delivered to the half-way line inside a wee remote controlled van - big game things.
We're just about ready to go...

We can't say Franco Smith doesn't keep us on our toes. He seems to pick by form. But it's a bold call to say Rory Darge and Richie Gray are out of form.
Glasgow Warriors v Toulon (20:00 BST)
It is almost eight years since Al Kellock lifted the Pro 12 trophy in Belfast, the pinnacle for Gregor Townsend's swashbuckling side.
A win tonight for Glasgow would make them the first Scottish club side to win a European trophy, and would see them join Townsend's men in the annals of rugby history.
Kick-off is just around the corner...

I think there is massive pressure on Toulon, not Glasgow. One because Glasgow have already qualified for the Champions Cup next season, Toulon haven't.
If they don't get in that there will be serious consequences for coaches and players.
They are beatable, they have weaknesses alongside world class players.
