Ben Youngs has had a quietly efficient game at scrum-half. Will he have his moment on his 127th and final game for England?

He scored in the World Cup twice against Argentina in 2011 and 2019.

Oh Argentina what have you done!

Theo Dan out of the blocks and covers it like a winger. That is painful after Argentina have just scored.

    Theo you are forgiven.

The hooker charges down the clearance kick before dotting down. He redeems his earlier missed tackle.

Keep the ball and make some phases and spaces will appear.

England look tired. There was a bit of walking. It is good from Argentina - they now have the intensity.

AP: England's defence is still really poor. The moment the opposition get any sort of continuity, they are falling off tackles and leaving huge gaps all over the place. Maybe it's a good thing they didn't make it to the final because it would have got ugly against New Zealand.

Great try from Argentina and well deserved, but, did I miss the World Rugby directive saying don’t bother with looking at forward passes this tournament?

A potentially tricky situation is brewing up here for England.

They were ticking along at a point a minute for the first quarter of an hour or so, but the Pumas have found some fight.

They are backed by the locals in the crowd, who have been singing Allez Les Bleus in honour of the underdogs' change strip.

Argentina trailed by four points at the break when the teams met at Twickenham back in November and ran out 30-29 winners so they won't be short of belief.

The stadium is full and both teams have turned up. England started brightly, but Argentina are back into it towards the end of the half.

England did lose their shape at the end, they have let Argentina back into the game in that last 10 minutes.

It will be interesting what is said at half-time on that one. As I said, they did look at it.

Amazingly no formal check however on that pass.

F4: Huge forward pass in the lead up to that try. Why no review?

Anon: How is that not a forward pass leading up to that try?

Anon: How come no one sees the blatant forward pass for the Argentina try? Even replayed twice! What's the TMO doing?

Again Marcus Smith is bouncing and weaving around but his kick is loose and Argentina punt it into the crowd.

    Nice game this one.

    Game on.

Argentina break away down the wing with maybe a potential forward pass. But scrum-half Tomas Cubelli doesn't waste any time as he picks it up from the ruck and slides over the line.

A close one that pass, they did look at it however.

No mistake from Emiliano Boffelli with the extras.
