  1. Young props strugglingpublished at 21 mins

    Wales 3-6 England

    Nicky Robinson
Former Wales international on BBC Radio Cymru

Corey Domachowski and Kieron Assiratti have had good seasons with Cardiff but you have to raise your level for the international stage.

It was always going to be interesting to see how they coped under the extra pressure.

  2. Postpublished at 20 mins

    Wales 3-6 England

However Joe Cokanasiga has just dropped a kick for a second time.

I think Wales' have just discovered who to kick to rather than Steward!

  3. Postpublished at 19 mins

    Wales 3-6 England

Gareth Davies sends up another box kick but it's just bread and butter for Freddie Steward.

He's one of the best counter-attacking full-backs in the game so you have to wonder about Wales' tactics.

  4. Wales under pressurepublished at 17:53 British Summer Time 5 August 2023

    Wales 3-6 England

    Emyr Lewis
Former Wales flanker on BBC Radio Cymru

Wales have been under the pump in the opening quarter. You've got to credit Will Rowlands' impact putting Wales on the front foot there.

  5. Penalty Wales 3-6 Englandpublished at 17 mins

    Leigh Halfpenny

Danny Care is caught offiside as Wales press for the first time and Halfpenny celebrates his milestone appearance with three points.

Big cheer from the home crowd.

Is there a more popular player than Halfpenny in the game?

  6. Ouch!published at 15 mins

    Wales 0-6 England

Tom Pearson just put a huge hit on Christ Tshiunza.

  7. England inaccuraciespublished at 14 mins

    Wales 0-6 England

    Emyr Lewis
Former Wales flanker on BBC Radio Cymru

England aren't very smooth, they were building some nice patterns there.

Freddie Stewart was on his own, if they'd put the kick in there would have been a chance of a try, but England showed a lack of accuracy.

  8. Penalty - Wales 0-6 Englandpublished at 13 mins

    Marcus Smith

Keiron Assiratti's hand goes down on the ground at a scrum and Smith knocks over another three points.

That's now penalties against both of Wales' new props. Welcome to Test rugby lads.

  9. Postpublished at 10 mins

    Wales 0-3 England

Jamie Blamire knocks on and another series of attacks in a promising position comes to an end. England's handling letting them down.

  10. Injury jinxpublished at 9 mins

    Wales 0-3 England

    Gareth Griffiths
BBC Sport Wales at Principality Stadium

Injuries are always a danger in these World Cup warm-up matches and Wales have already lost one Scarlets hooker in Ken Owens.

And another one has followed in Ryan Elias who looks like he has tweaked a hamstring.

Elliot Dee has replaced him with Sam Parry and Dewi Lake the other hookers in the extended squad.

  12. Replacement - Walespublished at 6 mins

    Wales 0-0 England

That's such a shame for Ryan Elias.

He missed the whole of the Six Nations with an Achilles problem, now he's off after just six minutes here. No wonder he looks so fed up.

Dragons hooker Elliot Dee on earlier than he thought.

    Wales 0-0 England

Sam Costelow kicks clear but Freddie Steward runs it straight back, beasting two men.

Max Malins makes a half break on the right but Tom Pearson couldn't gather.

Wales clear but now Guy Porter knocks on.

Early handling errors for England... perhaps a few nerves for the players who have never been in this Welsh cauldron before.

  14. 'Unfamiliar' England take on Walespublished at 17:37 British Summer Time 5 August 2023

    Wales 0-0 England

    Nicky Robinson
Former Wales international on BBC Radio Cymru

There's a number of unfamiliar players in England's team as they haven't picked players that were in the Premiership final, only Max Malins.

It's like some kind of shoot-out, there's about two or three teams that Wales have and they've tried to put experience along with the young boys.

  15. Postpublished at 3 mins

    Wales 0-0 England

First scrum. This will test Elias' hamstring.

  16. Postpublished at 2 mins

    Wales 0-0 England

England lineout and they send the big boys crashing into the Welsh defence.

    George Martin enjoyed that.

  17. Injurypublished at 1 min

    Wales 0-0 England

Early worry for Wales hooker Ryan Elias who rather gingerly gets back to his feet. Was that his hamstring?

  18. Kick-offpublished at 17:32 British Summer Time 5 August 2023

    Wales 0-0 England

Australian referee Nic Berry blows and Sam Costelow gets us underway...

Apparently it's the first time this ref has taken charge of a game between these rivals. For anyone that likes that sort of info.

  19. Time for the anthemspublished at 17:31 British Summer Time 5 August 2023

    Wales v England (17:30 BST)

God Save the King followed by an impressive rendition of Mae Hen Wlad fy Nhadau from about 60,000 souls here.

Try telling everyone here this is a friendly!

  20. Postpublished at 17:30 British Summer Time 5 August 2023

There will be no prouder rugby club today.
