I am not sure what it is about Ospreys games in Bridgend but it seems to attract the most extreme weather.

There was the monsoon mud-fest of the victory against Cardiff on New Year's Day.

It is not quite as bad here today more than three months on, but it is still very wet and windy.

It's an old-fashioned tap and go. First Creevy and then Bamber.

I thought he was over the line but referee Mathieu Raynal says the Sharks lock was held up.

Ospreys clear the danger.

Ospreys number eight Morris looked to have covered but the sheer power of the Sharks forwards literally drove the Osprey off the ball and Sale have a penalty five metres out.

Very good play from the Ospreys to get that penalty. Tipuric sniffed that gap and in he went.

He gave the referee no option, great play.

Ospreys have also stolen a lineout... the hosts are edging the set-pieces so far.

Owen Williams is short with a long kick at goal. He fancied his chances with the breeze but not quite.

But Ospreys will be encouraged at winning a penalty from the scrum.

Something to build upon on wet heavy conditions.

It's cup rugby, Ospreys really need to keep their noses clean.

They can't afford to be giving away poor penalties and dropping silly points.
