The Ospreys need that something special, these knockout games are settled by special moments.
Like Giles in the first half, Ospreys need to find that spark again.

Gloucester 17-13 Ospreys
Ospreys are trying to force things in attack. An attempted pass from Owen Williams comes off the shoulder of centre Keiran Williams.
Gloucester respond with a charging run from number eight Zach Mercer and Ospreys knock-on in their own 22.
Penalty - Gloucester 17-13 Ospreys
Santi Carreras
More Ospreys indiscipline and Gloucester's full-back slots over his fourth penalty.
A four-point lead for the home side now. Ospreys have to improve their discipline.
Replacement
Gloucester 14-13 Ospreys
Gloucester's Wales centre Max Llewellyn is replaced by British and Irish Lions Test player Chris Harris. Some depth.
Llewellyn looks like he was carrying a knock after having treatment. He will be hoping he has impressed the Wales selectors.

Gloucester 14-13 Ospreys
Ospreys flanker Harri Deaves was player-of-the-match against Sale last weekend and he has just gained another important turnover penalty. His timing was impeccable.

Gloucester 14-13 Ospreys
Gloucester scrum-half Stephen Varney falls over while trying to catch a Jack Walsh kick, but it proves a masterstroke as the chip goes dead and the home side have an attacking scrum.

Gloucester 14-13 Ospreys
Message from Ospreys coach Toby Booth at half-time to his side would have been to show more discipline. His team were not listening as they give away an early penalty.
Kick-off
Gloucester 14-13 Ospreys
Both sides are back out on the field and there is just one point in it. The lure of a European Challenge Cup semi-final awaits.
French referee Pierre Brousset restarts the match as Gloucester fly-half Adam Hastings kicks off.

There are things that Toby Booth will want to address at half-time, the line-out strategy didn't quite work and the discipline needs to improve.
These things however can improve, a solid half from the Ospreys.

Ospreys have looked dangerous on the counter attack, there is space for the Ospreys to attack.
Also to come in Challenge Cup
HT: Gloucester 14-13 Ospreys
Of course there are three other ties in the European Challenge Cup this weekend.
Tonight's winners progress to the semi-finals where they will face either Benetton or Connacht, who meet in Treviso on Sunday.
Gloucester are guaranteed a home tie if they win as they are ranked above either of those two teams.
Ospreys, if they win, would travel to Benetton or host Connacht.
The other semi-final is between the winners of tomorrow's quarter-finals in which Edinburgh travel to South Africa to take on top-seeds Sharks while Clermont-Auvergne welcome Ulster.
Semi-finals are played on the weekend of 3/4/5 May with the final at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on Friday 24 May.
Half-time - Gloucester 14-13 Ospreys
That was a topsy-turvy half which ebbed and flowed. One try each and hardly anything separates the sides.
One point in it and all to play for.
Penalty - Gloucester 14-13 Ospreys
Owen Williams
After Gloucester give away a penalty in their 22, Ospreys choose to go for goal with Williams successful.
And that's half-time. One point in it.

Gloucester 14-10 Ospreys
Ospreys are looking to claim the lead just before half-time after Gloucester indiscipline. Owen Williams kicks to the corner.

Silly play from the Ospreys, they're not doing themselves any favours giving away these penalties.
They need to regain their composure and try to force Gloucester into making their own mistakes.

Gloucester 14-10 Ospreys
It has been a great few minutes for the hosts as they take advantage of Ospreys mistakes.
Penalty - Gloucester 14-10 Ospreys
Santi Carreras
Ospreys not only concede a penalty but bring the kick into range with backchat to the referee as they are marched back 10 metres.
Santi Carreras slots it over.
Try - Gloucester 11-10 Ospreys
Seb Blake
This time Gloucester are not denied with hooker Seb Blake driven over. Carreras misses the conversion. The hosts are back in front though.

Gloucester 6-10 Ospreys
Great maul defence from Ospreys thwarts that Gloucester attack. A trademark from Toby Booth's side as they defend on their own line and get the scrum.
But Gloucester get the scrum penalty. Another chance.

Gloucester 6-10 Ospreys
Silly penalty from Ospreys. Flanker Harri Deaves in front of the kicker. Gloucester have a chance to attack now.
