Celtic manager Brendan Rodgers on BBC Radio Scotland: "The job is to prepare the team to be calm but to play with aggression and win the game.
"It is more than just a game and, when you manage one of these clubs, you want them to win and put in a performance.
"James Forrest only missed a week's training. He has been a very important player for us and I'm delighted to have him.
"It is a strong squad and hopefully we can put that to good use today.
"There's 33 points difference, but on days like this that goes out of the window and particularly a Celtic-Rangers game, but hopefully that is not the case today.
"I think Graeme Murty has done an excellent job and also look forward to speaking to Pedro at some point."
Ten minutes until kick-off. It is actually still morning, you know.
Quote MessageThe standards Celtic have set are unbelievable. They want that unbeaten record. Rangers have let themselves down, they have a new manager in, but what is key is that they need investment and Dave King and the board have to step up to the mark

Quote MessageThe first goal is critical. If Rangers get it, it gives them a chance. If Celtic get it, I can see them getting two or three more

It's maybe just too early in the day for this wee Celtic fan to walk to the game...

Quote MessageIf Rogic was fit, he would probably come in for Bitton, but this is probably the best team Celtic could field. Having James Forrest back strengthens the team
BBC Scotland football pundit Derek Ferguson : "I'm not surprised Rangers are going with James Tavernier further forward. It's a sensible choice to bring Lee Hodson in. I'm not sure if Martyn Waghorn will be the lone striker up front. It could be a 4-4-1-1. Rangers don't have a holding midfielder. When you come to places like this, you need a sitting midfielder and Rangers don't have it. They need to stem this green and white tide. Rangers aren't going to have a lot of the ball."

These Rangers fans look to be in good spirits ahead of kick-off, which is just over half an hour away.
Midday on a Sunday is a pretty unforgiving time of day for a football match to kick off. However, this Celtic fan doesn't seem too perturbed.
There's a surprise absence in the Rangers line-up with on-loan Arsenal midfielder Jon Toral dropping out the squad completely despite impressing and scoring in last week's 6-0 hammering of Hamilton Accies.
With Rob Kiernan also dropping out through suspension, Danny Wilson comes into central defence, while right-back Lee Hodson is also promoted to the starting line-up.
That suggests a more defensive formation from last week's Scottish Cup game.
For Celtic, fit-again Scotland winger James Forrest is a straight swap for Gary Mackay-Steven, who drops out the squad completely after a bit of a nightmare showing against St Mirren.
The police are out in numbers in the east end of Glasgow. One suspects all requests for leave for today were rejected.

Will Rod Stewart and his son be leading the Celtic fans in joyous song today, or will he be humming a lament on his way home after the game?
Rangers have won three and lost two of their games since Graeme Murty became caretaker following the acrimonious departure of Mark Warburton and his management team.
But all the wins have come at home and the defeats, obviously, away from Ibrox.
Will he end his reign with a perfectly symmetrical record, or will it finish with a flourish?
