Rangers are forcing the issue. Killie are being thrown all over the place while trying to stay structured which is causing them trouble. What they can't do is let the opposition full back get into their 18 yard area and have a pop at goal.

Alfredo Morelos didn't miss that by much. It was a nice ball from Glen Kamara, Daniel Candeias was very quick to get the bye-line. Kilmarnock have gone with the four in midfield - Alan Power is out wide, he's not really suited to that position but he's having to do it now because Chris Burke has gone to the left

    Quote Message

Kilmarnock have had to do some amount of reshuffling. Gary Dicker has dropped to right centre-back with Bruce off. They've got three central midfielders strung out with Burke making up the four with Brophy up front on his own. It's basically a 4-4-1 now.

Daniel Bachmann puts his arm up to protect his space When he puts his arm up, his elbow definitely catches Glen Kamara. Whether it's been deliberate or not, Alan Muir has been spoken to in his ear by someone

  12. RED CARD- Kilmarnockpublished at 20:09 Greenwich Mean Time 20 February 2019

    Daniel Bachmann

Replays show Daniel Bachmann puts is hands up in the air to try and make space for himself. He catches Glen Kamara, who hits the deck, and referee Alan Muir has deemed it worthy of a red card. I have a feeling Steve Clarke might have something to say about that one...

Scott Arfield passes up a great chance to double Rangers' lead. Borna Barisic robs Stephen O'Donnell and pokes it forward to Alfredo Morelos. The Colombian striker batters into the box and tees up Arfield, but his shot from 10 yards is weak and Daniel Bachmann smothers it.

I don't think Steve Clarke's game plan will change just now, I don't think he'll be too upset. He'll be upset about not getting the penalty but I don't think it alters any of his plans just now. But as it stands I think Kilmarnock are still keeping their structure

James Tavernier bullies Conor McAleny, bursts forward and it's a lovely little pass in behind the full back Greg Taylor. Daniel Candeias does everything you would want from a winger. He just rolls it on a plate for Alfredo Morelos

GOAL- Rangers 1-0 Kilmarnockpublished at 19:51 Greenwich Mean Time 20 February 2019

    Alfredo Morelos

Having missed Rangers' last two games, you just knew Alfredo Morelos would have a say tonight. It's probably the easiest of his 24 goals this season, tapping in from two yards after a ball across from Daniel Candeias. It was James Tavernier's sublime pass that set Candeias free down the right. Great team goal.
