    Frame 12: Trump 6-6 Robertson

Neil Robertson rolls in the last red. He's 32 up with 27 left.

Judd Trump plays on after being put in a snooker but it doesn't last long with his opponent tidying up the yellow and green with his next two swishes of the cue.

    Game on. Again.

    Frame 12: Trump 6-5 Robertson

Judd Trump has got his arms folded in his seat. Is that a look of resignation?

The way Neil is going about his business here you'd imagine he won't be getting up anytime soon.

    Frame 12: Trump 6-5 Robertson

Judd Trump doesn't even have to get back in his seat before he is peering down the table eyeing a long red.

He absolutely larrups that but it's a bit wild.

Has he got away with it? No. Neil' Robertson's got a red to the top right.

All the reds are in the open but the pink is tied up by the green spot. He'll need to use black and blue to get this done.

This is massive. Judd Trump is going along very nicely but he has been losing the cue ball more than Neil on balance.

    Frame 12: Trump 6-5 Robertson

That's a head-scratcher from Neil Robertson. Looks like he is trying to work out how he's overcut a red to the bottom right.

Meanwhile Judd Trump is up and plotting his course round the table.

Big, big chance to take a two-frame lead for the world number one.

    Frame 12: Trump 6-5 Robertson

This looks like it could be even cagier than the last few frames. Or is it. Neil Robertson is left a tempter down the bottom rail and goes 100% committed.

The red wipes its feet but drops. Fabulous pot.

    Frame 12: Trump 6-5 Robertson

No player had had a two-frame advantage in the final yet.

This feels like a big frame coming up prior to the mid-session interval.

    Frame 11: Trump 6-5 Robertson

This is silky smooth from Judd Trump.

A break of 75 puts him back in business and back in front.

    Frame 11: Trump 5-5 Robertson

A shake of the head from Neil Robertson who falters on 12, catching a relatively simple red a little thick.

In response Judd Trump knocks in a few balls before splitting the pack with a howitzer of a shot. That oozed confidence.

Another collector's item as Judd Trump misses a long red to the bottom right bin.

The ball zips off round the table and finally come to a stop right over the middle bag. That's a present for Neil Robertson.

Everybody is desperate to get on the table and knock a few balls in. I would suggest this is as nervy as it gets for these two. They are both playing with great bottle.

You can see what is going through their minds. They daren't make a mistake. It doesn't seem like anybody is going to take this by the scruff of their neck.

This is getting tense and it is only going to continue.

Because Judd Trump eventually missed a long one he let Neil in.

Plenty of people asking what Neil Robertson is drinking...?

Well it definitely ain't a pint of smooth. I'm taking a guess here but I reckon his green drink is some sort of plant-based smoothie.

Anyway whatever it is, he's motoring now and on course for a half century after JT missed a long red. This should move the players back all square.

    Frame 10: Trump 5-4 Robertson

Big shot coming up for Neil Robertson, who reaches 30 in no time.

If he gets this right on the blue, he should, as the logic goes, split the pack and give himself a chance to finish this frame off.

In goes the blue but the position doesn't follow. It'll be just the 35.

JT's got a long red on. You know the sort. You have to absolutely blast the cue ball to get the faintest of flicks to cut it in.

We've all got a mate who sends the white up and down the table twice after playing one of these. Needless to say JT doesn't with his white coming back up to baulk and clipping the brown. He'll just roll up to that.

First missed long pot of the day from Judd Trump.

And this isn't a bad chance for Neil Robertson. He has been winning frames from these sorts of positions earlier in the tournament.

    Ken Doherty
1997 world champion on BBC Two

When you go back a few years ago Judd Trump was a great player but a little bit loose. The likes of Mark Selby and John Higgins used to pick him off. They can't do that anymore.

He has added that dimension to his game and that's where his consistency has come from.
