Two-time Winter Olympic champion Lizzy Yarnold has been chatting about her recovery from back surgery earlier in the year.
"It has been a really tough year, pushing my body to the limit both mentally and physically. I needed to take the summer and put myself back together."
The moment Yarnold won her second winter Olympic gold was a track record in the skeleton.
So what went through the 30-year-old's head on her fourth and final run?
"I felt like the fourth run was the only one I could show people properly what I could do and what I was made of. I knew I had to give it everything I've got to win the title.
"You just have to believe in yourself and know that you can do great things."
Tommy Fleetwood is among the golfing stars here. I'm sure we'll see some flashbacks of the Ryder Cup in tonight's show.
If you missed it all, have a read of this.

The boy wonder Bailey Matthews stole the show three years ago - then eight, he won the Helen Rollason Award after bravely completing a triathlon unaided despite having cerebral palsy.
This time he was delighted to meet CBBC star Hacker the Dog and was hoping for a reunion with an old boxing pal. "I'm looking forward to seeing Tyson Fury again.
He tickled me last time. I think there's more power in his tickle than his punch," joked the 11-year-old.
Here's Mo Farah - last year's winner - with his wife Tania Nell on the red carpet.
Tyson Fury speaks on the red carpet about his remarkable return to boxing and offered advice to people suffering with mental health issues.

Sorry Paloma, Radio 1Xtra's Sideman may just have pipped you with his outfit on the red carpet. There's giant stars all over his suit. Not sure it's my taste.

The atmosphere was electric with England fans hopelessly outnumbered. Eric Dier’s spot kick unleashed an outpouring of emotion around me– Colombians with their heads in their hands, England supporters utterly ecstatic. It felt like a seminal moment in the national team’s history - the moment a love affair was rekindled.

Do not call until voting opens. If you wish to vote online, you will need a BBC account. Details of how to get one can be found HERE.
Tottenham and England striker Harry Kane had nerves of steal in the crunch penalty shootout against Colombia at this summer's World Cup.
"It was crazy," he said."A big moment for the country."
"My team-mates were arguing around me but I just tried to stay in the zone and put the ball in the back of the net."
Kane is big sport fan, so what was his greatest moment in sport this year?
"I love my golf so watching Europe win the Ryder Cup was a personal highlight.
"I just love to see other people do well."
Philip Pratt, the captain of the British wheelchair basketball team, is trying to make his way through the traffic to make tonight's show.

There have been plenty of 'wow' moments down the years at Sports Personality - and expect one tonight from singer Paloma Faith.
Resplendent in a funky multi-coloured trouser suit, she will perform a soul classic against the backdrop of great moments from the year. In rehearsals it was absolutely spine-tingling.
Paloma Faith is winning the crazy outfit competition so far. She's got an extremely colorful and sparkly dress. It's getting plenty of attention!
She says her greatest moment is her child's second birthday. Er, that's not a sport Paloma? But it's nice anyway.

Imagine you're just strolling round an indoor shopping centre in Birmingham and this fella turns up.
Looking dapper in a dark suit and a knockout pair of pristine claret loafers, boxer Tyson Fury approached the Sports Personality red carpet with apparently few cares in the world.

So breaking news, Dina Asher-Smith has not seen Die Hard.
“I don’t know if it’s a Christmas film! I’ve not seen it! I’m so rubbish with films. I’ve only just gotten around to seeing The Godfather! I’m a Netflix girl.”
I’ve told her she has to watch it this year. She promised she will.
