Another double fault Milos? That's his fourth. It's 30-30.

But with the faint hope of breaking the Canadian floating in the air Murray again fails to take his chance and Raonic holds as Murray's return yet again finds the net.

The Scot has only won 17% of points on Raonic's first serve - I suggest he improves that.

Did that tie-break take too much out of Murray?

It's 30-0 after Raonic produces a lovely crosscourt winner. But Murray eventually pulls it back to 30-30 after a tired forehand return from Raonic.

Oh ohhh! An eighth break point for Raonic after a Murray error.

It's saved - the seventh out of nine which he has saved.

Murray finally holds after a six-and-a-half minute game.

I think he needed an easy 'hold to love game'.

A good response from Raonic after losing that second set.

This match has lasted 140 minutes so far. Both players have needed a pitstop.

This is a mini-epic so far.

Andy Murray wins a crucial point before winning the second set tie break.

4-3: Raonic produces another good serve.

5-3: Raonic's return taps the cord and drops back to his side of the court.

5-4: Raonic breaks back with a forehand in the corner. We are back on serve.

5-5: Unbelievable point. Murray's return clips the net and sneaks over but Raonic, also at the net, doesn't panic and passes the Scot.

6-5: Murray has set point with a backhand volley.

7-5: He takes the second set after the Canadian makes an error with his forehand return.

2-1: Raonic's first serve is good despite a challenge.

3-1: Murray produces an excellent first serve which is too good for the Canadian.

4-1: How did Murray pick up that backhand at the net? Like how?

Raonic holds serve again, but only after a backhand in the final point of the game had looked out. Murray didn't challenge - we're into tie-break territory.

Raonic wins, arguably, the most extraordinary point of the match - a volley at the net which kisses the cord and sneaks millimetres inside the tram line.

However, Murray goes on to hold. Are we heading towards a tie-break?

Raonic is playing brilliantly from the baseline - it's hard to shake off Murray in rallies but he's doing exactly that.

The Scot is 30-0 up but then pegged back to 30-30 after making two errors. He has to get these first serves in.

A sublime forehand with heavy top spin is followed by one he sends skywards. Deuce.

    Another long game?

    Milos? Mate?

The Canadian produces his third double fault of the match - it's 0-30.

Raonic pulls it to 30-30 after an extraordinary rally which sees both cover 130m in total - Murray's error with a long groundstroke hands his opponent the point.

Raonic holds again - it's hard to break this fella, and break this fella.

GB Davis Cup skipper Leon Smith looks a little downbeat on the sidelines - and so he should be after Murray makes two simple errors on his groundstrokes from the baseline.

    It's 30-30.

But Murray overcomes the blip by applying good variety on his groundstrokes in two rallies which sees him eventually hold.

Is this going to be another 'Murray v Nishikori'?

    *Murray 5-7 4-4 Raonic

Hollywood actor Kevin Spacey is back at the O2 - he must have a two-day pass. I wonder if it's cheaper than two separate tickets?

Raonic has regained his composure which is slightly ominous for Murray - he wins his service game to love.

He has won 78% of points on his first serve. That's impressive.

Normal service has resumed: Murray loses a challenge. It's 15-30 after the Scot's stroke is ruled out by the replay.

The world number one then produces a great half volley followed by a scooped crosscourt backhand beyond the reach of his 6ft 5in foe.

Murray holds with a good first serve.

Raonic finally holds with a good serve out wide that has Murray struggling.

Will Raonic's game now fall apart?

The Canadian makes an error and then Murray's get a bit of luck with a double-handed backhand return that flicks the net and deceives his opponent. It's 15-30.

This time with the temptation of the passing winner.. tempting him, Raonic again makes an error. It's break point to Murray.

But Raonic saves after once more stretching Murray at the back. Deuce.

However, another break point lands in the lap of Murray after a groundstroke is that tad bit too long from Raonic.

BREAKING NEWS: Murray wins a challenge. Raonic's first serve is ruled out.

But Raonic saves again with the deftest of deft half volleys - Murray still perhaps should have made it.

    We are back at deuce.....
